We just took the Date Night Mozzerella and Burrata class… It was sooo fun! This was my second class but my husband’s first, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Kate is such an awesome teacher and person… she knows so much about the chemistry of making cheese, but makes it so simple. Everything is hands on, too. Becca is also an awesome teacher and assistant. I can’t wait to take a ‘hard’ cheese class, blue cheese, anything… I am hooked! For anyone who wants to try something new, this might be it. They also have lots of fun activities involving wine and beer pairings, farm visits, meet ups and ‘cheesy’ bootcamps… Love it all…

Great classes for beginner and experienced cheese-maker alike. A perfect mix of learning and fun. Kate and Becca are very knowledgeable and super enthusiastic about sharing their wealth of cheese making knowledge. They even have supplies on hand so you can leave fully equipped to create in the convenience of your own kitchen. As an added bonus, there are always a selection of incredible cheeses and cheese-based desserts to taste throughout. I highly recommend The Art of Cheese.

In August, 2015, I attended The Art of Cheese 3 day Bootcamp. Each day was full of hands-on cheese making, demos by Kate and Becca, and field trips to local cheese making and sales venues. The enthusiasm of these presenters transferred immediately to myself and the other students. All of us walked away with the knowledge and confidence to begin making cheese at home. I have taken All of Kate’s classes! And I was inspired by all of them. So inspired that my husband & I have embarked on the journey to start our own cheese company. Kate is a wonderful instructor. her classes are well organized and geared toward all levels of cheese making. I am so happy that Kate chose to teach the art of cheese making!
