Come. I am a coffee snob who lives in New York City and the espresso and milk preparation here are first rate. Also tasty pastries, friendly people, pleasant sidewalk seating as well as inside. «Prospect» is a wacky planned neighborhood, feels utterly inorganic, wonder what the locals are like.

Vic’s, this will be short and sweet since I just did a drop in last weekend to buy some beans. Thumbs up! Love your house blend. I have been drinking this every morning for the past week, and it’s a close second to my hometown fave Pablo’s. Price is totally on par, too. Northern Co folks — this place is definitely worth a stop whether you just need a jolt of caffeine, some spectacular(looking) baked goods, or a b’fast burrito. I’ll be baaaaack. The only thing that could be better about them is coffee bean delivery. Seriously.

Friendly staff, the best chocolate croissants in town, good coffee, yummy soups, and free wi-fi. Nice atmosphere — lots of natural light and comfortable seating. There are also a few tables outside on the sidewalk. They always have a big bowl of fresh water outside for the doggies.

I love Vic’s. They have an awesome Dark Mocha Latte. I drink lots of coffee from them, great beans. They have fast wifi. I love this place, it’s a bit small so if you need a quite place to work, it can get noisy fast & sometimes their music is a bit to loud but other then that, great place.

Best espresso in Colorado, IMHO. Once I got used to Vic’s, everyplace else is a distant second… and Starbucks is «for emergencies only» when I’m out of town someplace where they don’t have good coffee(there are a surprising number of cities like that!). Each drink is very handmade, and so they taste a little different from barista to barista — that adds to the whole experience for me, but if you like yours automatically-produced and the same every time it may not be for you. Two thumbs up for this local coffee shop in a great neighborhood!

I’m selfish. I don’t always want to talk about great businesses because I’m afraid they’ll get too busy and the atmosphere will be ruined, but Vic’s in Prospect is freaking fabulous and deserves a shout out. I’m a regular at Vic’s in Nobo, but that location has it’s problems in the form of being a bit daggy in the afternoons and an owner that’s always sitting there being controlling. All those problems have disappeared at Vic’s Prospect-plus you still get the great Vic’s atmosphere and service. My coffee is always perfect and Prospect is a great place to sit and enjoy the view while drinking coffee. You sort of wish this location did a bit more promo so it wasn’t so quiet sometimes-they’ve got 30,000 cars a day going by on 287-but they don’t seem to want to invest in a sign to pull people in. Still, it’s a nice store with plenty of wi-fi outlets. A great place to study. No music on Sunday afternoons like Vic’s Nobo. But seems to have a lot more of the bike riding crowd coming into the neighborhood from the Niwot back roads which is fun to watch. The breakfast burritos are awesome and pastries are half price after noon. Coffee always made exactly as I need it. Better than Vic’s in Nobo for many reasons-just wish they’d pull more people in so there was more of a scene in the store. I like watching the peeps! Vic’s is located in the Prospect neighborhood-just off 287 and Pike. It’s not really noticeable from the road, you’ve got to look for it. But if you seek it out, it has the potential of becoming your regular hang. Very enjoyable!

A hip little coffee shop in the corner of Prospect. Talented Barista’s work their magic so you can actually taste the espresso when you order a latte. For those that are coffee shy they have a large array of tea’s to choose from. Into putting only organic fuel into your body? They have organic snacks and baked goods made with soy. Nibble on crafty sandwichs and soups for lunch. Breakfast burrito’s are also available if you don’t feel like sweets for the morning commute. It’s laid back, with mellow tunes playing in the area. You’ll find that a lot of the Prospect community frequent this local often. Free wifi makes Vic’s a great place to catch up on the studies or act as the office for a day.
