I have been coming to this great little coffee shop for years, and I always receive great service from the most friendly staff. Today, I had the BEST dry cappuccino ever! I wish I had taken a picture of it. The foam was absolute perfection… both thick and creamy at the same time! Yum, yum!

Amazing coffee and great staff! It’s a little out of my way, but it’s worth it. They make an awesome latte and also have milk steamers for the kids. I really love coming by in the morning before I start my day. Absolutely recommend!

I love this coffee shop for its amazing espresso and many organic and gluten-free options. They make the best cappuccinos in Longmont! I’m also a fan of their casual family-friendly environment.

Great coffee good sandwiches! I’m always searching for the perfect white mocha breve and this place nailed it. I got the delicious turkey cranberry sandwich. Really good. Loved the bread and it was so hearty I could barely finish it. I wish it had a little easier access but I will definately be back!

Pretty good for a strip mall coffee house. I’ve only had the drip coffee but it’s always been fresh and hot, just a tad under dosed though in my opinion and could benefit from just a little more grounds per pot. Friendly service and comfy furniture. My new regular spot in Longmont since it’s close to home, local, and Organic…

I’ve always had a great experience at Red Frog and as a bonus they are a small locally owned business that is easy to support. Spicy Chai Latte on a Saturday morning hits the spot for me…

Great coffee and better owner! Our family stopped by for some coffee and we sat outside under the beautiful sun. One of the owners noticed we needed extra chairs and before we could ask«BAM» we had chairs. BTW the turkey cranberry sandwich is awesome!!!

I met a friend here for coffee. It was my first visit to the Red Frog. I ordered the iced white chocolate mocha and really enjoyed it. It was sweet but not too sweet. I’ve ordered the same at Starbucks and its a bit of a sugar overload. The place was a little crowded but cozy because they had couches for you to lounge on.

I’m always looking for a good hang-out, since I like to work in cafes. But something about this place seemed very ‘suburban strip mall’; the music was super mainstream(Beatles, ‘Hotel California’, etc), the décor is excruciatingly ‘middle-of-the-road’. Complain, complain, complain. If anything, it made me work harder because it put me in mind of how dull Colorado can be… this café screams ‘midwestern nice’; the patrons chirp about pilates and their latest home renovation, ‘Those shoes are soooo nice!’. Etc. I’m thinking I need to head for one coast of the other; where things are a little less ‘nice’. So head-down, I got a lot done here… inspiring! Must raise funds to get the hell out of Dodge! The coffee is fine, but at $ 3.25 for a medium iced Joe, it seems a bit much.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but I like their other drinks and snack/food selections. I mostly choose my coffee shops for the atmosphere and I really like the atmosphere here. It’s relaxed and cozy(especially considering it used to be a starbucks). They have nice outdoors eating and the staff is friendly. Oh, and other people I know seem to like the coffee.

After a bit of an hiatus, came back today for a turkey sandwich. It’s great to see the Red Frog as good as ever. My sandwich was delicious, the atmosphere was very relaxing for a Saturday afternoon and the service very friendly and helpful. They’ve expanded the menu and support local artists. Highly recommended.

Nice local coffee shop that is very homey and has the heart of locals. I came in to do some studying one day and wanted something similar to the green tea latte I usually get from the big time coffee chain in which I shamelessly frequent. The kind lady suggested a tea steamer which didn’t really make the cut. It ordered it with almond milk and it was just not«potent» enough and tasted on the diluted side because of its overall makeup. The tea bag didn’t do this steamer justice like the actual matcha powder used at the bux. I will say that they do have an amazing selection of tea for your steeping pleasure. I wasn’t really impressed for my very first visit but I am hopeful. I came in while the liquor license inspector was there so beer & wine seems to be in their future. I would love to come back and give their other teas a shot and soak up the atmosphere rather then trying to cram for my finals. I’ll be back!

We’ve been loyal patrons of Red Frog for well over two years. We’re BIGFANS of giving our money to local businesses and I can’t think of a better local business to support! Emily, the owner, cares so passionately about the business she is running. She hires friendly employees who do a great job and are well-trained. She partners with other local businesses to provide baked goods — gluten free even — and is conscious about providing ways to be eco-friendly(recycling, ceramic cups if you’re staying in-house, etc). I haven’t even gotten to the coffee yet! It really is the best in town. They provide a ton of options — including holiday drink specials — and will even work with you to customize a drink option. Two of my faves are their Hoppin’ Shakes(for summertime) and Mexican Mocha for the cold days. I’ve read a few complaints about parking and slow service. THEREISAMPLEPARKING. You’re right. It’s not a drive thru. You’re going to have to get out and walk in. You poor thing, you! You’ll be greeted with a smile so you’ll forget that you were even upset about this. And slow service? Even on their busiest days, the wait is only a few minutes. Can we keep in mind that this is NOT a big chain establishment which is one of the things that we love about it?! There is not a team of 6 or 7 people behind the counter making your drink so yes, you might have to hold your horses for just a few extra minutes. Plan ahead. It’ll be worth it. You’ll get more warmth and customer service here than you would at the nearest Seattle-based chain — AND you’re supporting your local economy. Cheers.

What a great find in Longmont! This was our first stop at the Red Frog, but it won’t be our last — conveniently located on our way to Sunday morning baseball at Sandstone Community Park, friendly service(buy your flood-related fundraiser items here), unique coffee accessories(handmade, local ceramic travel mugs!), cozy atmosphere that isn’t trying too hard, and best of all: delicious coffee!!!

I just recently spent a long weekend in Longmont to visit my bff who moved from FL(you are lucky I let you have her, Colorado). We stopped in to Red Frog Coffee a few times and I fell in love. Cute place with a bookshelf that has games and books to keep you entertained. I walk up to the register and see specials like lavender coffee adorned on the board, which tempted me, but the mexican mocha(a regular item on their menu) won out my vote. It was simply amazing with its warming cinnamony chocolate flavor. It was bliss in my mouth and now I need to find a café in South FL that can attempt to replicate it. They also sell pastries and some food items. They do have day old pastries for sale cheaper up at the register. Also, they had some really interesting chai concentrates I have never seen in FL before that I desperately wanted to buy. damn those 3oz liquid limits for carry on bags! This will be a forced stop on my bff every time I come to town and visit now. I can still taste your delciousness, mexican mocha. I wish we could be reunited sooner!
