5 star for what it is– fresh, fast-​casual that tastes good at a reasonable price. One of our go to places as they have a good selection for everyone in the family. Service was excellent across the board as well.

Other than the odd location and the bad interior layout, this restaurant is great. It is not much more expensive than noodles and co., but it is a million times better. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious. My family has to eat gluten free and this is hands down the best gluten free pasta we’ve ever had!

Weird and not very good. I always try to support local businises but this is not not on point. I think the good reviews might br friends of the owner because it’s just not good.

Portions of the main noodle dishes are to small, other than the small portions, the pasta was well cooked and tasted fine. I will give them one more try since so many of my co-​workers find this place great!

Yummy, and a great price. I always get the kids meal, big bang for your buck. Nice staff. Clean and organized. Quiet. I enjoy coming here a lot.

Loved it!!! Due to health issues I have to find places that serve gluten free items and not only does the Twisted Noodle serve the gluten free items but they are so amazing! We went back to just buy some amazing loafs of gluten free bread! I will be going back and enjoying another bowl of gluten free pasta from them very soon

Pasta is cold and undercooked. Staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable though the two girls were nice. The only thing I enjoyed was my side salad wich was nice and fresh. Won’t be going back ever though since they can’t cook pasta. No beers or wine btw so for dinner at a small Italian place you can’t even get bottled beer or one serving size of wine.

The pasta here is awesome! They have a few specials that rotate in and out. I had the spiced tomato cream sauce which was great. The garlic bread is alright. It didn’t blow me away like the pasta did. The pasta was ¹⁰⁄₁₀! For a casual or counter service restaurant, the workers are really attentive– I basically had a waitress! She was awesome. I would love to come here again.

Excellent pasta dishes and soups. They have good, fresh ingredients and the sauces are not too heavy. The portions are right, too. Not too much, not too little. And the spicy tomato bisque is delicious! Great addition to the Longmont casual dining scene.

I took a group of 10 people here and I got to try a few different dishes: shrimp scampi I’d give a 7/​10, pesto pasta a 4, pasta jubilee 6, mushroom ravioli 5, cajun pasta 3, lemon pasta 6. Most people would give it a 5.5÷10 and said they would not return. Hal worked very hard to make people happy and replace the cajun pasta which he tried and said it wasn’t made correctly. I suspect since the kitchen help are not professional chefs, there may be a problem with consistency and quality control here. The bread was good.

This place is a 5 star «casual-​fast» restaurant. Don’t be put off by the odd strip mall location, this place is delicious!
After a long day of hiking, we needed some hearty food to fill us up, and this place was great! You order at the counter and then they bring it to you. We ordered the fettuccini florentine and the jambalaya, I also had a salad, he had a soup, and we split a baguette. (Long day of hiking!!) The food came out fast, the starters came out first, and everything was delicious. The bread was warm. The veggies tasted fresh. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Exactly what we needed!

I tried Chicken Gorgonzola w/​Cavatapi at lunch. The taste was almost fine but it was a salty for me. I hope they will reconsider amount of salt.
I will try an another one next time.

I have been going to the Red Frog for coffee for awhile now, and kept saying I should go to the place next door for lunch! I’m glad I finally did! The Twisted Noodle is rad!
I got the tomato basil classico without parmesan, it was great! With some dishes when you take away the salt factor of the cheese they just aren’t very good. This one was delicious without cheese, the basil and sauce were a flavor perfect combo for this amazing spaghetti dish!
There are a lot of gluten free options for those who need it. I highly recommend giving this place to your taste buds.

The food is good, the employees are engaged, and the Management/​ownership cares about the quality of the food and experience.
Beats everything nearby and you ought to come here for lunch if you have the chance.
Good for kids and a relaxed meal. When you get to Longmont, give them a try.

Some dishes are scary good like the chicken Gorgonzola. Highly recommended. Others are so so. They just extended their weekday hours to 830pm which is great. Owner is nice. Service is fast enough. Prices reasonable. Good spot in Longmont

To be truthful I want expecting all that much from this place. It’s a small place, very clean, but has a cheap feel to it, cheap in terms of a place I wouldn’t think about eating at just by driving by, more like a cookie cutter fast food restaurant feel. Almost subtracted a star for this.
BUT, the food more than made up for it! I ordered the pasta jubilee and was blown away by the flavors that assaulted me.. It really is that good and tasty, don’t know how they do it.
Only thing wish they had, and they were pressing the non cheese variety, was cheesy garlic bread! Am sure that would’ve been awesome, but such is life. Very impressed with this place otherwise, hence five stars.
Unsure if will be back solely based on my traveling though will keep this place in mind next time want Italian.

I’m not one to write reviews of places very often. I either have to be extremely impressed or have a horrible time.
This place was excellent. From the large menu and choices to the very good prices. I had the jambalaya and it was amazing. It had a kick and was very flavorful. It was also a very large portion for the cost.
For a place we found because it sounded good it did not disappoint at all. We will back if we are in the area again.
I recommend trying it if you love modern Italian food or anything to do with pasta, sandwiches and salads.

Good food, 4 out of 5 for the food. However the staff adds the extra star. Highly recommend if you haven’t already been!
