Pizza Hut

Sorry to rate this so poorly, ordered bbq chicken, got marinara chicken instead, pizza was undercooked, had to put it in the oven, bone out wings looked and tasted like chicken nuggets… Anyways, really wanted to enjoy it but feeling like we are not coming back

Pizza showed up 30 minutes late. Tried to call the store and was put on hold for another 30 minutes. I wont order from this store again.

1.5 hours for a delivery that is 5 minutes from the store. Repeatedly forgetting parts of the order. Cold food most of the time. Just don’t bother ordering from these guys.
I get that sometimes food takes longer but the fact that they they can’t keep food warm or deliver a complete order consistently is a deal breaker.

I used to order from this pizza hut regularly but recently it started taking hours for things to arrive and they’d be cold. I can’t recommend them. In this area Dominos and Papa Johns will at least deliver a hot pizza when you order.

For the second time in a row my pizza took over an hour to arrive and was cold. I simply can not support this location any longer.

I’ve ordered from these guys over a dozen times and they have yet to get my order right. The worst pizza Hut out there!

Really Pizza Hut? Ordered cheese sticks and a pizza for pick up. When we got there he showed my husband the pizza but not the cheese sticks. We get home open the box of cheese sticks and they’re completely burnt. Never had crunchy cheese sticks before. Almost as an f you, instead of making new cheese sticks the just threw Parmesan cheese on top of it as if that would somehow mask the oops moment they had. This has got to be the laziest thing I have ever seen. Very unhappy.

Do not order from this location. We used one of our company cards to order a few pizza’s for some of our employees. About a week later we had charges at places in the surrounding area for over $ 600. Pizza Hut was the ONLY place we had used this specific credit card in over 3 months. (It is used specifically for these kind of expenses and is locked in a lockbox where only I have access to it, so no way it was taken otherwise.) We are in the process of doing an investigation and have a report with the local police. Save yourself the trouble and be careful!

I feel sorry for the other customers of this disorganized mis-​managed chain. One of the worst places to get pizza in Longmont.
Missing or wrong orders were the theme while waiting for my lost phone in order tonight. It’s like a special language in there that requires a decoder ring.
I did not take it out on the high school kids working there. To the franchise owner… I will never order again. Second time for me and this was a total disaster. Black Jack is better, same price and consistent service.

What do you buy for a family dinner when there are like 20 people to feed and no one wants to cook? You get the awesome deal from Pizza Hut, any large pizza for only $ 10! Not one topping ones either. I can’t recall the last time I ate Pizza Hut, I believe it was 1990 when I lived in the dorms and got burned out on it and never wanted to see it again. Anyways I can now gladly claim that I am over it and can enjoy some good old pizza from here. Since we had some vegetarians in the house we ordered an olive and pineapple with extra cheese, a combo, a Hawaiian and pepperoni and mushroom. I have to say that the olive and pineapple was on hit, so cheesy, so good. We also scored a deal here because the original place we ordered from was out of power and they gave us a discount for driving out a little further. This location is small but new and had great customer service. If in town again I would definitely come here. Yum!
