My husband and I just went to this store at 3pm on a Saturday. There were already several people in the store. Only 2 people were being helped, but we saw at least 4 employees. After waiting around and realizing there was no organization to how they helped customers and we were probably going to be ignored, we left. Not going back to this store anytime soon. Should have checked the other Unilocal reviews first!

AT&T never fails to disappoint. I’m an AT&T customer and I was outside of the store today. Watched an employee come out and get into a car parked in a disabled spot. He wasn’t disabled, just lazy i guess. The store manager wasn’t helpful when I tired to complain.

Worst customer ever. The sales associate was rude and had a poor attitude. My phone was not charging and he said«the phone is vibrating so there is nothing wrong with the phone…» take it to the place you bought your battery.” When I asked if he could check the phone further he said, «no I don’t do that here.» I took it to the battery store and had the best service ever. It was the phone port. The associate showed me the battery details(charging) showed me how he checked the phone, and detailed what needed to be done. Don’t utilize the AT&T store. It is a joke!

Zero! I live 40 miles in the mountains. Called the store and spoke with someone directly. Asked all the questions took notes. I get here and all info I was given was wrong. The price of the phone I wanted was $ 100 more also. NEVER do the next plan with AT&T. You can never get out of it without paying full price for the phone. If not on Next plan you get discounts on new phones and never pay full price. 15 years with them and 8 devices. What a scam. I’m going to a Gophone.

This location is awful. I was working with customer service representative named Dan. He was rude, kept interrupting me which required me to restate all of my questions and concerns. To make matters worst, he talked down to me thinking that I didn’t understand what I was trying to achieve. In the end, he didn’t help me at all and told me to contact customer service to assist me; which could have been handle in store.

I stood around in this store for half an hour while the staff very very slowly helped a few other people. When I realized it was going to be at least another half hour before anyone got to me, I left. And this was at 5 pm on a Saturday, not a time I would expect to be busy.

Well, I made it pretty darned easy for them because I did all of my research online and came in knowing exactly what I wanted. After the crappiest experience at Verizon, it was a breath of fresh air to swtich over to ATT, plus I get 4G at home, better than the V-word. I also told my sales rep that I had walked out because they wouldn’t take NO for an answer, so he was smart enough to do 0 upselling… he was very efficient and apologized for the wait, even though it was much quicker than any time I’ve spent in a Verizon store. One star off for not explaining voice mail to me before I left(I forgot to ask) but it was easy enough to find on the ATT website. Plus they have Visual Voice Mail for free.

If I could, I would give this place a zero. I don’t know if the sales guy was new or not but he was EXTREMELY pushy and rude. We were interested in opening a new family plan. We kindly told him we were just looking at phones for the moment and he hounded us, asking us questions, wanted me to show him my phone. It was bizarre! We rather order phones online than deal with his shitty customer service.
