Woody helped me today when I went in T mobile. Amazing Customer service and was handled in a matter of time. He didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need, and my phone bill has never looked better!!! I recommend his service

This place is crap. I changed my service from them to Verizon 2 years ago. They informed me that I would not be paying a cancellation fee because their policies had changed. The next year, I received a notice in the mail stating that I had a T-mobile bill of over 300 dollars that was sent to collections. This happened even though I had received no emails, letters, phone calls, or text messages stating that I had a bill to pay. I went to the store to confirm that I suddenly had a payment, and after taking my information I was informed that I had no balance due with T-mobile and there must have been a mix-up. This year, I have received yet ANOTHER bill stating that my account is in collections for the same amount. It is extremely frustrating and it seems as though there is no one in the T-mobile world that can pull their heads out of their butts and figure out exactly what is going on. They sent me to collections and are seemingly trying to ruin my credit, but won’t allow me to pay the bill. It is extremely ridiculous and I strongly urge anyone that is thinking of signing with T-mobile to stay as far away as they possibly can. This would get less than one star if possible. Minus-infinity stars for lack of knowledge and professionalism.

The staff at this store are amazing! We arrived 10 minutes before their closing time and the staff stayed to help us nearly an hour after they closed! Great job!
