Pharmacy is woefully under staffed. Wait times are enormous. Please hire more staff immediately!

The pharmacy here is incredibly slow. It’s not uncommon to stand at the counter for 10 minutes before they can get to you, and if there is anyone else in line in front of you, well then… good luck!

Really friendly customer service from experienced employees that make me feel welcome in a clean environment. Even remembering which kind of smokes I purchase when I come in. It’s nice to feels remembered.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Walgreens since they’re usually open ²⁴⁄₇ and have a huge collection of pretty much everything you’d like to browse through at a convenience/​drug store. Goodies, useful goodies, and more useless goodies. I’m guilty of cruising through the isles and dropping in random items into my basket. This Walgreens is just as great as any other in the nation. The only reason why I give them two stars is because one day I was shopping with my «club card» in mind and the lady at the register didn’t ask if I had a card (which they usually do 100% of the time). Yes, my bad! I really should have known better and took matters into my own hands. Here is what really got to me. I literally took two steps away from the register and that employee immediately asked the next person, «Do you have a rewards card?» GRRR!
Okay, this might be a little much but this is what I observed. The register lady didn’t say hello to me nor did she smile when I said hello. She looked like she was just going through the motion to get me outta there quick. She seriously had the nerve to snicker when I handed her a hundred dollar bill. Excuse me? What’s that suppose to mean?! As I looked back, the employee cheered right up when the next lady came up. She even started small talk. Both ladies were seemingly of the same race. Yup, I didn’t want to say it but it seemed like she was stereotyping me and might even be… culture intolerant. Just because I am who I am doesn’t mean I wouldn’t appreciate saving $ 5 off of my purchase.
Why is it so rare to find awesome employees these days?!

If you’re going to go to Walgreens, go to this one.
Helpful pharmacy staff that listens to you, AND your doctors instructions. Will readily answer questions, even when you fill the prescription somewhere else.
Head and shoulders above my experience at the Walgreens on Main.
