The old bat who works nights in customer service is a power tripping ass hat. She makes up policies to avoid having to do her job. First she tried to tell my wife and I that when we cashed our checks she«can’t give smaller bills» I’ve never had anyone at any other Wal-Mart tell me this. They simply do their job and give me my money how I asked for it, but no this power tripping old bag won’t give you less than 100 dollar bills when cashing a check. Then she attempted to tell me she can’t look up something for a return without a receipt even though I had bought it 2 days prior and I had the credit card in hand. She is a lying sack of old dog shit and she needs to quit. Never shopping at this shit hole again.

I moved to Longmont two weeks ago. Since then, I have gone to this Walmart about 6 times to purchase much needed items and groceries. I have had a good-normal experience every time I stopped by, except this morning. This morning I went with my 1yr old to purchase groceries and baby items. While in the baby section, my toddler sees a shirt he likes. I grab the shirt put it on him and obviously leave both hanging/attached tags to it. He smiles and I keep walking the store. Once done selecting all the items I needed, I approach the self-check out machine, this is when a Walmart employee tending the machines approaches me and asks«Are you planning on paying for his shirt?»… Excuse me… are you actually asking if I am planing on stealing the shirt I put on my toddler, shirt that still has both hanging/attached tags to it… wow lady, I have not even taken the first item out of my cart to scan it on the self-cash register for you to be asking me if I plan on stealing anything. The lack of tact this employee exhibited was out of this world. I left the store feeling very upset and insulted. If I wouldn’t of been in such tight schedule I would have definitely asked for the manager. I just hope that Walmart management takes their time to check these reviews and find appropriate solutions for the concerns and issues here exposed by their customers. With this said, I will not condone the entire store on the acts of this one employee, but again, I surely hope that management takes corrective measures to prevent these type of situations from recurring. If it ever happens to you, make sure to call the manager(I will definitely do so next time). They need to know that this is NOTOK, and if not corrected, well… there is a Target not that much farther away from here. At the end of the day, employees need to be trained by the company that hire them on how to deal with different situations in order to retain their customers and attract new ones. Making the customer feel like a street rat, when they are NOT, is definitely not a way to obtain this, and in no way, should that behavior be acceptable nor allowed.

I encourage you to be leery of ordering Walmart To Go from this location. The delivery driver called 10 minutes before my scheduled delivery time to cancel tonight because of weather. Now, my family will be without groceries until I make other arrangements. Last week, I watched the same delivery driver turn over his hand truck, dump my groceries onto the front sidewalk, and sling my groceries back into the crates with little care at all. I’m so disappointed that Walmart To Go requires that I cancel the order before 2am on the delivery day but didn’t show me the same courtesy. When you’re delivering groceries that families are depending on, you can’t be so careless and unpredictable.

Messy, horrible service, and no one ever works any of the many cash registers they have.

I bought my boyfriend a $ 30 itunes giftcard for Christmas. I wrapped it up put it under the tree, and tossed the reciept not even thinking twice… Christmas rolls around, my bf tries to activate the gift cards on tunes. A message pops up saying: «this card has been activated improperly«So I take it back to walmart. Of course i am asked if i have my reciept. No i do not(normally you dont need to keep a reciept on a giftcard) This was my mistake! There wasnt much that anybody at walmart could do, not even a manager could help me. I was told unless i knew exactly what date and card i purchased it on i was pretty much screwed. I knew the card it was purchased on, but not the exact date. it could have been only one of two options. I told the manager both dates it could have been and the card. She couldnt find ANYTHING. I was practically hopeless at this point. I thought i lost the $ 30. I went home and did some thinking and finally figured out exactly when it was bought and with what card. The very next day i marched into walmart and a young man named scott assisted me at customer service. Scott made the whole process so easy unlike before. He handled it very professionally, and better than any manager i had spoken to. I am so relieved we got this all figured out. Thank you so much scott for your help! You truly saved me so much stress and hassle.
