Buffalo Wild Wings

Good service… Good drinks, didn’t try the food that’s why there’s 4 stars. I’m assuming it’s like any other Buffalo Wild Wings.

Well sense my last review I have been back several times this year. Wing are good and the service had improved. Not sure about the new no guns sign on the door I kinda believe that will hurt there business even though it not the proper 30.06 notice.

Used to got there all the time … Corporate took over not sore if service or food got amy better, but their first priority was to put a big sign on door banning guns … apparently they are not familiar with East Texas … And that only stop law obeying citizens from coming in here … They must not understand CRIMINALS DONT READ SIGNS ! Only the good people of Texas that have had a FBI Background ck will read that sign and obey it… good thing we have other choices in our area and new biz opening up … Bye bye BWW

Had their Medium Traditional wings as I’ve usually ordered at other locations. They were spiced as if they were Hot and drenched in sauce. A very unpleasant experience.
On the other hand the server was extremely friendly and helpful. Asked if he could do anything about the wings but we decided we could take them home and wash the sauce off and reheat. They were much better that way.
We will not be going back to this location.

Had dinner here Friday night (⁷⁄₂₄) and had a horrible experience. Server was young, lacked common sense of customer service and started things off wrong. Waited for drinks, waited to order and after an hour and 10 minutes the two wives left without seeing their food. Wings finally came out soggy and drenched in sauce even though they were ordered light sauce. Had a long chat with Tara (Manager) who handled things well but also said the franchise was being bought out by BWW Corporate. That means in two weeks they will be anti-​gun/​anti 2^nd Amendment. Won’t need or want to go back again even if the food had been spectacular.

Come here at least once every couple weeks. No problems with service, love all the TV’s and the selections of draft beer.

There is simply no reason why it should take hours to eat wings (but it often does at this restaurant). Service is dreadfully slow and inattentive.

The service was poor. We had to go to the bar to get drink refills. The wings still had feathers on them.

This place is terrible and for some reason we have returned several times over thinking it might be better but then regretted the decision to return.
The staff is unpolished and the waitress we had this time was gruff and unwilling to do anything above and beyond. Every question we asked was met with resistance and a condescending tone.
We asked for all flats and were told she couldn’t do it. We once ordered all
Flats and they came out mixed. The food took about 45 minutes. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, and boats for out individual food.
We asked for a hefeweizen beer and she said I don’t think we have that. She couldn’t even pronounce it or knew what it was. My perception is she just didn’t even try to ask. This is an establishment with a vast variety I beers, the staff should be familiar with them.
Every time we have been there, our dirty salad plates are left at the table along with any paper trash from our napkin rings to straw wrappers. There was a lot if trash on the floor under the booth we sat in.
One time our order was so messed up and we told the manager how greatly disappointed we were, we were offered no compensation or gratis. We wouldn’t have them redo it as it had already taken over an hour to get our meal.
We made a pact tonight to remind each other that we will not return.

The service is very slow, but the food is good. An hour is not long enough to eat lunch here.

Decent service and food. The flatbreads are delicious & dunks are pretty good too. I love the atmosphere & can’t get enough of the never ending sports. I cannot come here without paying the trivia game… I’m totally addicted. However the past couple of times we’ve come the wings have been DRENCHED in sauce, which is not our preference.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings for some reason. Maybe it’s the atmosphere combined with all the tv’s but that’s what I like. I also love the wings because of the variety of flavors offered. The only thing I don’t like is the smoking section at this one. If you don’t smoke then you’re not going to want to sit in the bar which is the smoking section. You stink like smoke when you leave. A lot of the time I don’t care about that because I love all the tv’s and wings to be quite honest. I have never had a problem with service, and it is one of the few places in Longview that has draft beer.

Best BWW I’ve been to! Got a call after our order was placed and had to go and the waitress got our drinks and food ready to go in no time! Very friendly hostesses too!

Very disappointed, they were charging cover to watch UFC. With no seating available and they still expect you to purchase food and drinks… Dallas BWW doesn’t do that! Wish I was in a really city!

Lower critics must be eating at a different place. There’s plenty of seating and the waitstaff works really hard. They rarely have a long wait for the food, and a great bar that allows smoking.

This place was horrible … this isn’t the first time we have been here but it will be the last. Both times we went here food was cold and it seemed to take forever to get it out. Tables around us were dirty and floor was filthy as well. wait staff was more concerned with talking to each other. We got the boneless wings and there was WAY to much sauce on them.
We go to a different location of BWW and its GREAT …
I do not know how this place is staying open … or why management is allowing this to go on. IT IS SAD — it has so much potential

I’ve tried them about 6 times over the past three years — service is always bad, management and wait staff turn over frequently. I’ve actually seen people get up and leave because the service is so bad. I won’t ever go back to eat here — no matter how many times I hear «under new management.»
