Their food is good, but the portions are very small! I enjoyed eating lunch here but I was hungry when I left. Atmosphere was nice! Servers didn’t bother us except to serve tea and clean off the table when we were done eating. I really enjoyed my lunch, but I left wanting more!

Very nice staff! They attended to our needs and we’re not rude. Enjoy their grilled caesar chicken wrap.

Typical mcalisters. Good food, no servers to bother you, sweet tea. Gets packed around lunch and dinner, as expected. The parking lot is kinda hard to get in and out of if you don’t have a truck.

The service is friendly, the food is okay, the tea is good but overall it isn’t worth the price. 7.49 for a 6″ sandwich and a bit of plain chips is just too expensive in my opinion. It wasn’t anything I couldn’t make myself at home(that is how I justify to my husband to eat at a sandwich place) To get soup with your sandwich look at paying an extra 2.39. It was alright but for the amount of food and their prices lately there are other good options in the area.

The office I work at orders large to go orders for our lunch monthly. They always get our orders correct and even bag them with our names!

A very reliable location. Always good food and nice staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. They have the best tea and even one an award for it.

One of a very few fast sit-down restaurants. The variety is good, and the soups are delicious all year-round. I have ordered chicken and dumplings in the summer and enjoyed it. The nacho basket is made with Velveeta queso. This place lent itself to Longview being called«Teatown, USA». Some of the best sweet tea I have ever had. Also, be sure to check their website before ordering. They have a secret menu that contains amazing sandwiches. You can only find it online, but they know what you are ordering from. Group seating is okay, just don’t expect to avoid having to scoot closer to the table when people walk behind you. Overall, a wonderful restaurant.

As chain restaurants go, this isn’t a bad choice. Fresher than most and the quality isn’t bad. In terms of being a deli, it tends more so than Jason’s to the Italian style of delicatessen more than the Jewish side, although calling either a deli in the real sense is a stretch. It’s a soup and sandwich place. The portions are very much on the small side for me, but you can always just order a bit more. And the prices are dirt cheap(just under $ 7 for a paninni sandwich). The two soups I have tried were good, although they could have been served a bit warmer. Nothing out of this world, but it’s a decent place to eat. Four stars grading on the curve for price. Three if price weren’t considered.

Suppa! Met my bride there for some suppa. She had the salad and I had one of the featured sandwiches. It was pretty good. It wasn’t real crowded but was busy. Staff was nice and the store was clean. The menu is pretty versatile. Why the heck not?

McAlister’s, if you were a little bit cheaper I would eat you every day of my life. The caesar salad is like nothing I have ever experienced before. It is probably one of the greatest items on the menu aside from the wedge salad. Customer service is always exceptional. It is always extremely clean as well. Downfall: It is hard to find parking during the lunch and dinner rush, and I think the location is a little dangerous. I have seen two accident almost happen.

OK, I cannot stand chain restaurants. That said, I really liked this place. It’s similar to Panera, except better, and minus the baked goods for sale. Probably the best deli in town. The portions are big, which is good, and bad. There are TONS of fat people in Longview already. Food was fresh and tasty though. The one thing I hated(besides this place being a chain), were the stupid 18″ long wrought iron card holders on each table. You mean you guys can’t see someone’s order number laying on the table and we have to dodge this fricking thing the whole time we eat? Just wait till some dipshit knocks one into their fat date’s eye and you get sued for 10 million dollars. Just saying.

My absolute favorite place to eat in Longview. Everything on the menu is delicious, fresh, and served in large portions. Standouts? Try The Big Nasty or the Submarine(my favorites). Don’t forget a big glass of their famous sweet tea to wash it all down. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this place!
