While waiting for our food they have messed up 3 different orders. The cashier had no idea what came on the original. I love the food but the staff didn’t seem to know how to make it.

All time favorite sandwhich shop! Ham and cheese amazing! The staff is friendly and the lines at lunch go pretty fast so u won’t waste your entire lunch waiting! Also the soups are wonderful during the winter! Thanks for always being great!

Been loving the Original since 1982. Courteous staff. What’s not to like? So this review is too short? The bathroom was clean but only an air blower and no paper towels. The rest of the place was clean as well. Nice big picture of the original joint down on S. Congress in Austin. Remember it vaguely but that was 30+ years ago. :D
