The food here is healthy. It is good but no cheeseburger. We had the Avocado BLT sandwich and the Steak & Arugula sandwich. These were okay, nothing special. The broccoli cheddar soup and Thai Garden Chicken Wonton broth were better especially if you dipped that bread in them… overall, it was alright.
The atmosphere is just blah.
Price is good under $ 15.
–1 for only diet pepsi though!
Service was friendly and typical.
We would go back again but probably won’t.

Has not kept up to the promise when it first opened. We loved it and went a couple of times a week at first, great place to get a coffee & snack, lunch, etc. for about a year. I don’t know if management has changed or what but so far this year:
Employees are not as friendly, food ok but quality not consistent.
4 times this year we have gotten dirty mugs or eating utensils
Tables do not seem to be cleaned on a regular basis
Bathroom not clean
Not going back again

Really like the breakfast here. They are pretty generous on servings. The staff is pretty professional for the most part. No complaints on the many times we have had breakfast, lunch or dinner here.

First impressions: Looks like a Starbucks, kinda. The restaurant is very clean.
Service: perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Best service-​with-​a-​smile I’ve encountered in a while.
Food: I had the steel cut oats with pecans, cinnamon, and strawberries. It was fantastic. I wish I could eat this dish everyday.

I receiver my food just the way I had asked for it with the extra salad dressing and extra piece of bread. Fast and friendly. They were also kind enough to run and get one of those pastry rings for me from the front as I went through the drive thru.
This was around 7 PM and the bread was actually even warm.

So many times can you write a review or provide an opinion only to have it fall on deaf ears. I recently received an email from the corporate office of Panera Bread regarding my visits and they truly seemed to have a concern about the issues that I had at this location. Regardless of those issues, the fact that someone actually took time to listen and then reach out to their customer to attempt to fix the problem deserves two thumbs up. I have not been back since by last negative visit but because of this effort to correct my problems, I certainly will go back. Thank you Panera Bread for truly listening to one of your customers.

As other reviewers have said, the problem with this particular restaurant is that they are out of items almost immediately after the store opens. The latest fiasco was when the customer in front of me ordered the same soufflé I was going to order. After hearing that there were fresh souffles coming out of the oven in 7 minutes I felt confident I would be able to receive the item I was wanting. Imagine my surprise when after stepping up to the counter I was told there were NO souffles available. After remarking that I had just heard there were some in the oven I was told that they were already sold. Bear in mind that this was at 8 a.m. Terrible service and only mediocre food earns this particular Panera only 2 stars.

I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. I went through the drive-​thru, spur of the moment, on my way back to the office. Unfortunately, the young lady working was very rude and acted «bothered». I understand bad days but this was my first impression. Her attitude left me very unsettled. For that reason and that the salad and medium drink is not worth $ 11.00, I will not be back any time soon.

First time at panera, really enjoyed it! Nice décor and staff, great food. Had the tomato soup and Sierra chicken sandwich. Sweet tea is good too. Only Pepsi products (yuck)

The food is here is healthy and delicious. I didn’t get to dine inside, because it was filled with customers, so we decided to go through drive thru and the employee working there was very helpful and answered our questions about the menu very gracefully. The food was packed really good. I had this turkey, ham sandwich with a carrot cake and my mom had a soup in a bread bowl (which I really liked) with a piece of bread. Every single thing was perfectly cooked and just very very delicious!

A perfect example of amazing and very friendly customer service! The food came very fast which was impressive considering the amount of people there, and also tasted delicious, way to go Panera staff! I will definitely be returning!
