I’ve not experienced such LOUSY customer service in years!
On 5÷17÷2013 — I went into the Longview, WA Radio Shack for a small inexpensive patch cable. Apparently, if you are not there for a high-​ticket item (they sell on commission) they do not want to give you the time of day. I was standing by the cables for ½ hour, waiting, while MULTIPLE customers came into the store AFTER me and were helped. It’s not like I looked like a bum or anything, I was dressed for work!
I’ll remember this lack of service and will not be going there for anything in the future.
