Smiles Dental – Longview

I don’t normally write negative comments on a local business but this place is terrible. Me and my husband both had to have our root canals redone. They agreed to refund (or basically drop the rest of our bill). Although when we changed providers, they unknowingly rescinded their offer and turned it in to collections. We have been fighting this and will continue to fight it over principle. Then just recently, I had to have my most recent root canal (done by Smiles) looked at. Sadly, the tooth was lost. I could go in to more horror stories such as; Dr glueing my crown on wrong and having to cut it out and redo the whole thing (the tooth I eventually lost to being cracked… wonder why?) DO NOT GO HERE!!! A free teeth whitening is just not worth losing your teeth over. Or your money/​credit worthiness.

I have always had good service here. Friendly & professional staff in a nice environment.

Love, love, love Smiles! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Dixson is great and has a good sense of humor. Makes the visit go by fast. The hygienist Brenda is awesome. Front desk gals are so sweet and chipper! When I’m having a bad day I wish I could go to the office to hear them be spunky! Never had any billing issues but I’m sure if I did I would work with them to correct the problem. We are human and none of us are perfect! Best staff ever!!! Can’t wait for my cleaning!

Tried charging $ 900.00 after my insurance cover the full procedure. Ask for a breakdown of the bill call me back shortly later said the new bill was $ 200.00
