Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

Needed a room last minute and booked here. The rooms were quite nice and kept in good shape. Located in an area with tons of food options, restaurants at every corner which was convenient. The staff was nice and polite as well. Reasonably priced.

No bed covers
No tissues
Slow slow internet
No ice bucket
To reach thermostat you have to get on the bed
No bed skirts
Loud toilet flush I’ll wake you at night
No coffee mugs
Only decaf coffee in room

It’s a good, clean, inexpensive place to stay. It’s clean and looks pretty new. While you won’t get free breakfast, daily room service, or mints on your pillow, it’s a convenient and safe place to stay. A very good value.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THE ROOMS HAVE BUGS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GET HERE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE PLACES RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. DONT TAKE THE CHANGE HERE. KEEPING THIER CUSTOMERS HAPPY IS NOT THIER PRIORITY. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish i could give this place 0 stars because it is absolutely the worst place in Longview Texas. The assistant manager does not care about the customers at all. Terran has the worst customer service there is. Also the main manager that probably trained her. Make sure that you dont have complaints because she goes behind your back and lies. The whole place would be great if you just fired her and found someone new. I complained about the WiFi not working and she basically told too bad. It works for everyone else. So she basically was calling me a lier and was too lazy to give any decent customer service. All she could have done was maybe apologize or something decent for me. I would not suggest staying here in Longview. Find another place trust me you will be happy anywhere else but here. DO NOT STAY HERE. I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars!!! The manager Mike gives absolutely terrible customer service. IF YOU LISTEN TO THIS, YOU WILL ACTUALLY ENJOY YOUR STAY IN TEXAS.
