Although the guy running the register wasn’t very fast or accurate, the food was actually pretty darn good!
My hubby had the large combo plate with a little of everything! He loved every minute of it! I had the nacho salad and it was tasty and fresh, no grease!
My sister ordered tacos and they came out wrong, but they quickly corrected the mistake! The advertisement says they’ll fix it and give you a $ 5 card if they make a mistake, but that didn’t happen! The kids were happy with their meals so we were happy too!
Restaurant was clean and well-kept! Salsa bar was nice!

Drive thru woman didn’t turn off mic before complaining that I asked for a few seconds when ordering. She called me a «dumb white b — -«. Will never return.

Not very consistent. Sometimes tastes good but other times very greasy and not so good. BFT pretty good and dependable. Go next door to Rusty Taco if you have time.

I am from dallas and not sure if this is the correct restaurant. we drove thru the restaurant after being upset at the red lobster. I asked if they would let me have the new big taco. at first he said no and I said please as I was ordering fourteen dollars of food. the free big taco needed a coupon and I left it back at the hotel. I was getting super sad at the situation. the man came back, I think he was the manager, he said he hooked me up with the taco, whew! finally someone with customer traits. I appreciated his kind gesture and have been meaning to Unilocal his restaurant. he was average height and African-American gentleman, maybe mid thirty’s. Thank you to him. now ordering from there is easy. I get two BOB’s and two BFT’s. a quick visit to that wonderful salsa bar and I am in heaven! thanks again sir you were great. ohh yeah like kevin said drive thru was quick.

Horrible, can someone say «Longview inspection»?
There was food all over the floor & trash all in kitchen. The employees just standing around talking all the while I’m waiting on my order.
Even for late night fast food, this was horrible. I’ll never go back…
Wake up franchise owner, maybe use some of those cameras for quality control.
