Wendy’s

Cant even tell you how excited I was to find hair in my food. Not just a small hair either. Had to be 6 inches long! How do you not see that? Not to mention the fries were old and tasted bad. Thanks for ruining my lunch today!

This is not a place to go if you want fast food. Totally incompetent and slow. Cashiers at the count just doesn’t pay attention to your order. Don’t stop here. Really this a repeat issue.

Terrible! Smart ass staff that was arguing about an employee leaving early. I heard the woman at the window say «We are out of medium fry boxes so put them in a large.» Then they gave me a bunch of burnt fries in a medium box. The burger was average I guess for Wendy’s standards but seems to have shrunk since the last Wendy’s I visited. For the $ 7.00 price tag for my meal you can do much better at Burgerville or other burger joints close by that might cost a little more but provide better service and food.

I really can’t say enough good things about their drive thru quality, speed, friendliness and accuracy. I have an hour lunch and work in close proximity to Wendy’s so I often do the drive-​thru (often as in as often as humanly possible) because they are the FASTEST in Longview. I can be in and out with a good 50 – 55 minutes of my lunch left to run errands or just veg.
Just for funsies, I made a note of how many times they got my order incorrect in a year: Once I got a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke and another time I did not get a straw but it was fine because previously I had been given 2 straws so I had one in my truck. So at a minimum, 3 visits a week for over a year and had 2 mishaps.
Sometimes the food is a little on the over done side depending on what time you hit it and I hate the new fries (that’s a corporate thing) but I have to say my food, 97% of the time, looks like you could take a picture of it for an ad right out of the wrapper.
This Wendy’s drive thru runs a tight ship and I hope their HQ are aware of it.

This location has been recently remodeled and seems to have improved their service. I have had similar issues like the other two reviews, but I have been here a few times letely to be pleasantly suprised. Clean, fast, and order specifications were in order! I’ll be back! Love the dollar menu!

I’ve only been here once but I can already see where the first reviewer is coming from. The cashier messed up and shorted the customer ahead of me $ 5 in change. And then for my order they forgot the spicy nuggets. When I told the cashier he said that he never charged me for it (they were outta paper so they couldnt give me a receipt) but the manager who was standing next to him told him to just give me my nuggets anyways. So i’ll give em props for that. Bathroom was pretty clean too. Until i got done w/​it… j/​k.

They are right next to my office. In the last three weeks, they have messed up my order all three times. I am very frustrated with this Wendy’s, I have never been to one that is so consistant on messing up the order at the grill. and yet the receipt is always correct.
