The waitress brought me the wrong order (and it took too long to put in a new order, so I just ate it anyway). Then when she brought the check and I gave her my payment and BOGO coupon for one of my guest’s meals, she told me the manager said that «we don’t accept coupons anymore». There are plenty of good restaurants with the integrity to honor the discounts that they put into the community to lure you in… this is not one of them.

I went for V day and had reservations. My V-day was ruined by my experience here. When I arrived I got seated within 5 min but after sitting at the table I waited 10 min just for a server to come to the table. Half an hr after arriving I finally got bread and water. Our appetizer never came out; when the server brought out our entrees she tells us that our request could not be made and that we had to order another appetizer. At that point we did not even want it anymore but it was included. The portions on the entrée were small for the price. $ 80 for two people for 1 small appetizer, 2 small entrees and 1 small dessert was way overpriced. I ended up just taking my appetizer and dessert to go since I had been waiting so long. I have eaten at many Italian restaurants throughout Orlando and expected a lot better. The food was ok. They knew it was V Day and it would be busy. It looked like there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. I would expect better service on a holiday. I will never go to this place again.
