Parking was awful and I had to park really far carrying a baby and holding a toddlers hand in the busy parking lot. Get in to get salad, order, and then see there are no high chairs. So now I have to either hold my baby while trying to eat or eat it in the car. I hate when places aren’t family friendly. Like would it kill you to have one high chair? The salad was good but unfortunately my experience wasn’t good.

You will not find a fresher salad or wrap in the central Florida area. I frequently eat at the Winter Park and downtown locations but gave the Longwood location a try and it did not disappoint. The daisy is my go-to but the desperado and samurai are also great! I have tried about 6 of the different wrap/salad combinations and all have been well above average.

A perfect place for a healthy salad or wrap! The staff is pleasant and efficient. You can chose from suggested menu items or create your own. Love it here!

So this was«ok» at best… First visit there felt super rushed by the teenage employee who was sitting down talking & I felt like we were interrupting. None the less, I rushed into my decision THEDUDE. As the young lady threw the lettuce down and ripped fiercely at my lunch meat it was done and wrapped before I could tell her I would like some cucumbers, bacon, egg, or anything additional to items on my predetermined salad. I think next time I’ll go next door to Publix and make salads for a week on the same budget…

I got the small Desperado wrap with the suggested protein. BTW, the small is quite a bit of food; I could not finish it. The flavor was fine. It’s just not a place that would be on top of my list. I would definitely go back because everything did taste pretty fresh and I would like to try to make my own, which is an option. I really wasn’t in the mood for this kind of food when we went so that might be affecting my rating a bit. Also, they use deli meat. It is Boar’s Head so that’s a plus, but it’s deli meat nonetheless. My boyfriend got the small Dude wrap and he really liked it.

This place is definitely undervalued. Every Time I go there it’s empty, but you can order some of the best salads ever. The people who work there are super friendly and you can count on me coming back to seize the title!

Really a delicious wrap! Wow. Very fresh flavors… and I enjoyed it much more than any salad or wrap I’ve had at chains like Crispers or Greens & Grille. This particular location is next door to my favorite barbershop Floyd’s, in Longwood. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and it’s a small, clean shop. They seem to be fairly new, and the menu is very simple. Chips and drinks are separate from your salad or wrap. Wraps come in small or large. Small was definitely filling enough for me, and I tend to eat large portions. I ordered the Desperado wrap with no onions, and the flavors were really great! It’s always exciting to have a nicely-balanced set of flavors that just work well together. Everything is very fresh and made right in friend of you, similar to Chipotle. What I like more about this place though is that your burrito’s ingredients are evenly mixed before being added to the burrito, ensuring even flavors in every bite. I would definitely come check this place out again.

My first time trying this place out today. My brother has been telling me how delicious their food is, and I gotta say, he’s right! If you’re looking for something fresh and light, come here! Now, the menu consists of various types of salads with pretty interesting names like«Dude» and«Chitwood». It’s one of thos places where you can make a salad into a wrap instead for the same price. The also have two different sizes for both the salads and wraps: a big or a small. In terms of their ingredients, they have a wide variety as well; for the meat, theybuse Boar Head’s meat, which I personally like so that’s a plus. But I will say, they charge extra(I believe $ 2 extra) for the meat. The types of salads they have are your typical ones but with a few extra ingredients added and their own vinegarette added on. For instance, their east Asian inspired salad is called Samurai and has the typical ingredients you would expect in such a salad. The have a Greece inspired one called Athena, and so forth. I ended up getting the Athena wrap(that comes with lemon pepper chicken) and my brother ended up getting Chitwood salad(a summer/fruity salad) and a Waldorf wrap(summer/fruity as well). My wrap was delicious and light yet filling. The only problem I had was that the person put a little too much of the«Greek vinaigrette» dressing, which gave it a strong vinegar taste. That with the lemon pepper chicken AND olives made the all over vinegar taste a little too much. Next time I’ll ask for less of that(and maybe a different meat)! My brother’s food was great as well, but nor really my cup of tea: I much prefer savory with my salad rather than sweet and fruity. But the Waldorf with the apples in it was pretty good! Out of the two, if you’ve never tried fruit with your salad but always wanted to try it, I’d pick Waldorf over Chitwood. Though I will say, if you enjoy the food and don’t mind spending 5 – 10 minutes cooking for yourself, then you can very easily do so with their food. Their wraps and salads are incredibly easy to make, and if you dont want to haul yourself all the way over to one of the locations(the closest one to me is a good 10−15mins away), then you can shop for the ingredients and make it yourself. Like I said, I can see myself coming here, especially for something light.

I upgraded their store to 4 stars because I am won over by the intense flavors. I believe their wraps have the perfect mixture of ingredients and sauces. When you bite in to the wraps you can taste the cheese or bacon or nuts blended together and complimenting rather than overpowering each other. I still take away one star because the use deli loaf rather than a breast of meat. I can understand why they do it, but I would prefer non loaf meats.
