I don’t want to spend too much time on this. Just know that it was terrible. Service was good. But the food was not good. Nothing special. Would have received 3 stars but the fact that there was ham in my food made it worse.

I found this place on Unilocal and came because of the good reviews and I am not disappointed! They were accommodating to my requests and the service was great. Any egg dish with the roasted crimini mushrooms is delicious. I was a bit iffy about trying the bacon and cheddar pancakes, but my friend told me to get them and I am SOGLAD I did. Best pancakes ever.

The service is really good and the food was fresh. Only 4 stars because potatoes were a bit uncooked but other than that I recommend this place over any other breakfast chain.

Lots of great choices and there’s no charge for substitutions. Altamonte location is best of three locations(Longwood & Winter Park). Best breakfast items; skillets, turkey dill crepeggs, or muesli yogurt energy bowl. Huge pancakes, banana nut crunch my favorite. Lunches here are just as good. Turkey burger with the southwest sauce, open face chicken salad melt among my favorites.

Excellent pancakes make IHOP wish they had them as good. The rest of the good was very good and the service surpasses any other breakfast restaurant I have been to in many moons. For breakfast or lunch gotta try this place.

I went for Sunday brunch a few days ago. We didn’t wait for a table. We shared an omelette and one large pecan, blueberry pancake. We paid for real maple syrup. Cracker Barrel has spoiled me. The omelette and the pancake were good. Being very picky about my coffee, I have to also say the coffee was decent. Not too weak at all.

It’s my second visit for breakfast here and it was pretty good. Took advantage of the Trifecta(waffle, eggs and bacon) which was a good sized meal. The waffle was light and airy, the eggs were done just as I like them. With an order of coffee(I asked for some half and half because I dislike the fake milk stuff on the table) I enjoyed my breakfast, The only thing I didn’t enjoy much was that when I asked for cheese atop my eggs — my server didn’t tell me how much additional it would be. So when my check arrived and the total was $ 12.38 without the tip, I would’ve rethought the cheese.(for the amount that was sprinkled, it really was an overcharge).

This is a quaint little spot to have an amazing meal. I had the EGGSBENEDICTFLORENTINE and it was just simply delicious… every bite! My only star deduction was for the waitress. She even stated that she was having an «off» day. She was quite forgetful and I had to wait at least ten minutes for a mug even though she had brought everything else that I needed for a hot cup of tea.

I have eaten here many times for lunch, and the experience is always great! First Watch is located in the back corner of the Ethan Allen Plaza. There is plenty of parking in this plaza, although you may have to park a row or two back during the lunch hour. I’ve only been here for lunch so I cannot comment on the weekend breakfast crowds, though I imagine they get busy as there breakfast is pretty darn good. The staff are always very friendly and attentative. The menu at First Watch consists of variety of healthy breakfast items, also with some salads and sandwiches. Some of my favorites include the Bacado and Killer Cajun omletes, the Cobb and Santa Fe salads, Baja Turkey Burger and Power Wrap sandwiches. You can never go wrong with the Multigrain Pancakes either! IF you are in the mood for a healthy and delicious breakfast or brunch, definitely swing by First Watch, they are great!

We ate breakfast here 4 days in a row while we were in town, and it was good to great every time. They seem to be following the American Dietetic Association’s recommendations here, as they offer many healthy alternatives for breakfast and lunch, and, overall, the menu is geared toward lighter options. One morning I had the house made granola with yogurt and fruit. While I liked the granola, I was wishing for Greek style yogurt and also would have liked plain… they only offer vanilla and strawberry here, and they’re both overly sweet for me. The fruit was just strawberries, and they were lackluster, as they’re not in season right now. I had better luck with the egg white omelet, which may be the best egg white omelet I’ve ever had, and I had one 3 mornings in a row. I understand that egg white omelets can be a challenge to cook, as you’re basically removing the fat from the egg, and you have to use more oil or butter in the pan to get it to not stick. Their’s were perfectly cooked and not greasy at all, and the fillings were treated with care. Excellent eggs! I wasn’t so fond of the potatoes, which were just blah. The coffee is good. They do offer real butter and half and half here, but you have to ask for it.

Second time to First Watch, first time to this location. Went in on Sunday at brunch. Busy with a 20 minute wait. Free coffee and wifi while you wait was a plus. Seated with a view of the open kitchen, which is a point of positive for me. Bathroom was clean. I had the Chickichanga, comes with potatoes and a single regular pancake. My entrée was delicious! Ate about 80% and took the rest home as a nice snack after my pending workout session. My better half had the Greek Omelet and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well as it was her first time to the establishment.

I really like First Watch. We had the Acapulco omelette which was good, The bacon and cheese pancakes which were great, and the French toast raisin bread which was good but I wish was more fluffy. Nice girls, polite, good service. Free wifi. I wanted to try the chickichanga but I was stuffed. Also serves good lunches.

Quick and healthy sit down breakfast at First Watch will give you a great start to your day! This location actually is quicker and less crowded than the one in SR434.

Breakfast for lunch! YESSSS! I ordered two eggs, bacon and a blueberry pancake. Let me just say the pancake is HUGE! With a little bit of room left, I managed to eat it all. They cook the blueberries right into the pancake topped with butter and then give you a side of blueberry compote. I dipped my bacon in the compote, is that wrong? lol! My only complaint is that they didn’t seem to have a lot of a la carte options. But the waiter made what I ordered work. It was still over $ 8.00 without a drink, but I would have paid that for the pancake alone! Definitely would go back.

I think this is one of the better First Watch locations, I’ve visited this location for over 10 years. The food is always great, service is wonderful. It’s about a block from my office, I can call the order in, and it seems by the time I’m in my car and parked the food is ready. They do a great job with both take out and dine in. Breakfast is a primary meal option, available all day long. Omelets are delish and can be made with all eggs or some egg whites, no upcharge which is not typical for egg whites. If you see the Pumpkin pancakes on their season fall menu, get them, they are awesome. Their blueberry pancakes have fresh blueberries in them and a blueberry compote for the top. Try them with some added granola. OMG. I miss their vegetarian black bean chili, which was the best stuff ever and used for their former taco salad… so good. It’s been off the menu for years… but I still hope it will come back one day. Sandwiches and salads are primary meat based for protein, nice white meat chicken is used for most of their entrée salads. Coffee is good. Check to board or call in for daily specials, they rotate and are popular. If you hit First Watch on the weekends, expect a wait. Bring your paper and settle in. It’s worth the wait.

When I have a yearning for a big, hearty breakfast I go to First Watch. As far as breakfast places go, this one tops the charts. From healthy to artery cloggers, First Watch has a breakfast option for everyone. The food is fresh, delicious and made to serve your taste-buds. Plus, the restaurant is extremely clean. I’ve been to many First Watch restaurant but have to say I am the most impressed with this location. Following a light surgery procedure, I took my mom to this particular First Watch for breakfast. Unfortunately, in the middle of breakfast she started to feel extremely dizzy. Unable to make it all the way to the door, she had to continually stop and rest her head between her knees at different booths. Multiple employees came over to ask if she was alright or if we needed anything. A man, I presume to be the manager, came over and offered her an orange juice free of charge and told us we could stay as long as she needed. I was quite impressed with the compassion and friendliness of the staff in this situation. I will definitely be going back to this First Watch over the other in my area. If you’re for a delectably delish breakfast, a friendly staff and a clean environment then head to First Watch. You’ll be glad you did. Try to go doing an odd hour though or you’ll have to wait, especially on the weekend. It’s quite unusual for this place to not be packed. And their only open for breakfast and lunch.
