I want to say THANKYOU for two wonderful people who work in your restaurant. Josaphine and the cash register/waitress lady. They are both WONDERFUL. They make their customers feel so special and are amazingly efficient. We have three bridge clubs there and just couldn’t be happier with their service and food. Thank you so much.

Food was edible. Lacked flavor. Nothing really wowed me. Food took along time to arrive, but the waitress was very nice.

A variety of breakfast favorites to chose from on their menu. The portions are very generous for the price. A nice location which is easy to get in and out of. It is also clean here. If you like home style cooking, the I recommend that you try this place.

Didn’t manage to eat there, but I did get my order taken by a waitress who managed to make both a racist and homophobic remark within the first 5 minutes of being there. As long as this establishment has that kind of attitude towards people that aren’t just like them, I will NEVER step foot in that place again.

Very good place to eat breakfast. I highly recommend it. Any special requests were met with a delightful«no problem». The service was excellent. Biscuits and gravy had a great flavor although the biscuit could have been cooked more for my liking.

Good food, good atmosphere. Servers seem a little overwhelmed but it’s prime time weekend breakfast time so no worries. Got bacon, spinach, avocado Benedict. So yummy. Good breakfast spot.

I travel around the country in a touring band, so I eat loads of breakfasts all over. THISISONEOFTHEBESTIVEEVERHAD! Order the pancakes– like seriously. We couldn’t get over them. Also, home fries are baked, not deep fried(huge bonus!)

Nice little place tucked away in a business/strip mall area. Went with my whole family in a Saturday morning, there was a small wait but nut gong ridiculous. Staff was friendly and interacted with our 6 month old son which is always a nice gesture, some places act like children are an inconvenience. menu was full of great selections, typical diner breakfast choices. I had eggs, corned beef hash and eye toast, huge portions and very filling. Picked at the plates of my family too, great pancakes/waffles and omelets to choose from as well. Prices were fair and definitely got more for your money here than at other breakfast joints. Wi definitely be a repeat customer in the future!!!

I always love trying new breakfast places, and this one was seemed like a good place, as it’s close to my home and the Unilocal reviews seemed good. But alas, I’m giving it 3 stars. Here’s why… We went on a Friday morning, so it’s wasn’t that busy and we got seated right away, so that was great. I ordered their«breakfast specials» located on the back of the breakfast menu, these are a bit cheaper that what they had listed on the front, fyi. But these also had more of a variety to the meal. I ordered the egg, cheese, bacon croissant and it came with a side of grits. The portion was quite large, however, the egg was really dry, too a point that it was just a spongey like blob. My husband ordered the french toast with 2 eggs and bacon. Overall, the meal was okay, that’s it. It was your typical breakfast place. Also take note it was very warm in the restaurant, not sure if they don’t kick on the AC after a certain time. I don’t think we’ll come back unless we have too.

While the Breakfast Club will unlikely ever fill the large shoes of its predecessor First Watch, the Breakfast Club is a welcomed surprise to this little strip mall. Providing very reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options, I have only had good experiences in the several times I have dined here for lunch. The food is in corporate quality, but something you would find at a dive café which is also reflected in their prices. This is not to take away from the quality of the food, as it has always been very delicious. All of my visits have been during the week and there has never been a wait to grab a seat. Service has always been friendly and prompt, never too pushy, but consistently checking to make sure there is nothing needed. Not only is the food fairly priced, but I find myself enjoying the variety of options from omelettes, salads, sandwiches, and numerous other options. meals have always been prepared quickly, and I’ve never left feeling hungry. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast or lunch, or just some greasy food to nurse your morning hangover, I would not hesitate to suggest the breakfast club.

One of my absolute favorite breakfast spots. Simple, mom and pop style diner, with great prices. I have always had outstanding service and amazing food every single time I have visited. Best homefries EVER!

Saturday morning, I went to Breakfast Club Altamonte before doing my annual«day after Halloween» shopping trip. A friend of mine raved about it, so I figured, why not? It’s hard to eff up breakfast… or so I thought. This place is dirt cheap. I got a traditional breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns, toast and bacon for less than $ 8. And the portions were perfect. But the taste… man. I couldn’t finish my eggs because they tasted like they were powdered eggs. Super dry, lacking in flavor, just not that good. The hashbrowns weren’t hot, and had zero flavor. I had to load on the salt & pepper to get any flavor. The bacon was good, but really, I love bacon so as long as it’s thoroughly cooked, I“m going to like it. My English muffin was good, but again, it’s an English muffin… whoopy-de-doo. Our server was really friendly, and was definitely the highlight of the experience. The cashier is also the hostess, so when we were trying to cash out our bill, it took a while because several tables came in all at once so the hostess sat them all before taking care of us. I think this place used to be a First Watch; it has the same overall feel and a lot of very similar menu items(French toast with strawberries and kiwi on it, for instance). But, when it came down to it, I just wasn’t impressed beyond how cheap it was.

First off, DONOTEXPECTFIRSTWATCHFOOD. This is a completely different restaurant, and in my opinion MUCH better than First Watch! I always thought First Watch had a super boring menu of things that sounded appealing, but were very ‘meh’ in terms of execution(frozen home fries are always a bad sign to me — that’s the kind of food you get at a hotel breakfast bar!). I’m really not sure why they have so many locations. But, I digress. Breakfast Club Altamonte is the sister restaurant of the Maitland Breakfast Club which isn’t too far away from this location(and of which I am a huge fan). The menu is almost identical. We tried it out today just to check out the new location. I was expecting it to be busier since it was Saturday, but it was pretty quiet. I think people don’t know they are there, yet. More people started filtering in for lunch as were leaving. I got the French toast special and my bf got the corn beef hash breakfast. Now, this place is a diner. With that said, it is better than most! They have more fresh veggies than most diners and the food is always served promptly and with a smile. Their lunch sandwiches are awesome, too. I rather enjoy the coffee, as well, and the prices are good. I am glad the Breakfast Club is expanding. Most of the diners in the Altamonte/Apopka/NW Orlando area are pretty lackluster(besides Nicks on OBT), so it’s good to have one more good place to go! As another Unilocaler said, the new place definitely needs some background music.

I feel so incredibly bad for this place. I have a feeling that they won’t last long. Just how in the world can you when the previous restaurant in your place used to be freaking First Watch? My husband and I expected First Watch when we pulled up but instead we discovered that the sign was removed and in its place was… Breakfast Club. We figured we would give it a try because how can you really mess up breakfast food? We knew something was wrong when the place was empty. First Watch around 10am on a Sunday was always jumping and there was probably 6 other patrons dining when we walked in. The hostess and waitress were both nice and accommodating and as we flipped through the menu, we realized that the restaurant had kept many of First Watch’s signature dishes. I ordered the Turkey Dill, a delicious breakfast crêpe that I have been eating for years at First Watch locations. Total mistake. The crêpe almost had a omelette consistency. I had about a pound of hollandaise sauce(which appeared to be from a can) thrown on top. The mushrooms were severely under seasoned and overall the dish just wasn’t tasty. My husband didn’t have many complaints about his corned beef hash so I guess 1 out of 2 isn’t so bad. But we won’t be returning. Instead, we will drive 10 mins down the road to the First Watch in Longwood off of 434. The new owners of this restaurant should have better chefs, décor and put a nice and unique spin on their own original dishes instead of hoping people take a chance on them. There isn’t anything unique about this place and the fact that they are using a similar menu to First Watch’s is, I don’t know… deceiving? However, if you want average and easy breakfast dishes that are hard to mess up(eggs, bacon, toast, etc) this place may work for you.

This is a very nice breakfast/lunch place– it used to be a first watch — I recognize the owners from other restaurants called breakfast club in the area. Service was friendly food was good and priced fairly. It would be nice if they added some music it was just sort of odd with the patrons there in no music it was oddly quiet — but overall I recommend!
