Not very professional: I would love to have something good to say. This company was recommended to me. Ken came out to look at fixing drywall in my kitchen. He seemed very knowledgeable and had good ideas. He told me his brother would call and/or email me with a bid/timeframe. Said they could start as early as «next week» which was actually a little soon for me but made me very happy. Made me wonder if they are very busy. Well either they ARE too busy, don’t want the job, don’t need the job, or some combination thereof because when I didn’t hear from the brother after five days, I called. He answered and said«oh ya, Ok, can I call you right back? I’m in the middle of a transaction. Just two minutes. Can you give me two minutes?» Of course I could. Well he never called back. I just can’t stand it when a company can’t just look you in her eye and be honest ie this isn’t the kind of work we do, or we don’t want this job, it’s too small. But don’t look me in the eye and lie to me. If they AREN’T being less than honest about their intentions, it’s even worse because I would HATE to be in a cash transaction with a company with this low level of customer service. Now I’m looking for someone new.

Ken is great. He is highly knowledgeable and responsive. His prices are fair and he got the job done quickly. Very professional!
