Arrived on time, was a miscommunication as to where he would arrive. The move went semi-smooth. He picked up a refrigerator for me. however it got EXTREMELY scratched. I can’t blame that all on him, but I have to now spend about $ 100 to repair the dents and scratches that is sustained coming through my door. Along with the door being scratched, so was one side, and the refrigerator handles. He was professional though, and I tipped him as well, but am not happy about all the extra repairs. Will probably pay for an additional person next time so that my item (s) don’t get so marked up! I would use CMG Transport again, but for smaller items, because since he works alone, we as a customer must assist in the unload.
