Horrible follow-​through. Started by emailing the company to inquire about picking up office furniture to donate and never heard back. Called the company the next day and spoke with Jim. He wanted pictures of what we wanted to donate. Sent in pictures that day, and never heard back. It’s been over a week. Don’t waste your time. Etreev is definitely too good to be true.
