Ordered pizza, wings, chicken nugget things from here yesterday for the superbowl. We asked for the pizza to be cooked ‘well done’(We always ask for this when ordering pizza). In a rush to pick the pizza up(have a 1 year old), we picked it up and brought it home. When we opened the pizza boxes, all we smelled was«burnt toast». The edges of the pizza were burned, the bottom of the pizzas were solid black. The pizza was inedible. Is this some sort of joke? I mean, «well done» doesn’t mean you serve me a totally burned pizza. Are you people braindead? To be fair– we called and they did offer to replace the pizzas, but this location was way out of the way and there is absolutely no excuse to send out pizza that is totally charred black. Whomever did send this out should be retrained immediately– even a child would know not to send this out.

Very happy with the service here, we like the pizza. I always get put on hold when calling in but I am never on hold very long. The people here via phone were always helpful and polite. The delivery is usually 30 minutes depending on the day of the week and the volume of orders. Overall happy with these folks!

This review will be quick and dirty… ok, maybe not dirty, but definitely quick… ain’t nobody got time for tomes this days. ;-) I have to give major props to this Domino’s Pizza location, and its manager, Moses. As much as I love cheese and gluten, cheese and gluten do NOT love me back, so the other day I ordered a gluten-free, cheese-free pie and had it delivered. Ah-mazing! From easy ordering on the Domino’s app, to delivery at my door, to the final bite shortly thereafter, the entire experience was a true delight. Cut to two nights later: hungry again, but now craving a regular-old«I’m gonna pay for eating this but I wanna be normal» cheese-laden pie, I took Domino’s up on their weekday $ 7.99 for a large, three topping pizza special. After placing my order via the app, I pick it up & that’s where things went south. Before I even left the restaurant I opened the lid to check out my «cheat treat.» Simply put, it looked disgusting. Though I specified«light cheese» and had hoped for a decent layer of sauce, it was bone dry, had maybe two teaspoons of toppings(sausage, onions, and green peppers), was undercooked and was drenched in oily, unappetizing cheese. Too tired to immediately complain, I purchased two sides of marinara sauce to compensate for the dryness, and went home to make the best of it. Needless to say, it wasn’t possible. I ate three small slices and knew the rest was destined for the trash. There are few things I hate more than wasting money and poor customer service, so I was heated, to say the least. Today I called to let the store manager know about my experience, hoping, at the very least, to receive an apology. But store manager Moses went above and beyond. He was very gracious on the phone and asked that I bring the receipt from the box in for a full refund. I shot over to the store expecting to receive my $ 8.47 back, but Moses apologized again and said that he’d love to make it up to me and retain my patronage. I mentioned that I’d not had lunch and have a preference for their gluten-free crust, and he swiftly requested my order. Mind you, the gluten free option is 50% more than the cost of the sale priced pizza I’d ordered the night before, but Moses gifted me with a refund AND a small gluten-free, cheese-free pie that subsequently knocked my socks off with it’s deliciousness! So, at the end of the day, all was made right, and I’m back to being a fan of Domino’s and will return to this location. To Moses, thanks for being such a concerned and professional manager, and to all of my fellow Domino’s patrons, give this location a visit, soon. Good folks with good intentions deserve our hard earned money. Bravo.
