Papa John’s Pizza

Again… Another 5 stars for Papa’s. And I’m not one to give 5 freely but, hey. Good service gets good reviews. For an update from my previous review, their drivers are on time, if not early, for delivery and always thankful for your patronage.
Food is always spot on from this location, I live in Saratoga area of Springfield, I feel like some pizzas I’ve ordered have extra cheese (Bonus!) and is HOT. Wings are always flamin’. And not just referring to the hot sauce. They could be crispier, though. but with a few beers they are A-​OK =)
If you’re ordering for leftovers or a large group, they have their 25% off deal that’s great for a large 3-​topping XL pizza and wings. Cheaper than not using a coupon for a large pizza (averages out to fifteen bucks and thirty cents for a 3-​topping XL) plus wings? It’s a great deal if you wanna stay in.

Admittedly it may not be fair for a former NY metropolitan area resident who then moved to the Philadelphia area to even review a Papa John’s pizza. However, back in NJ, one of our friends ordered some pizza from the local Papa John’s and it wasn’t that bad. However, this Papa John’s is… well…nasty. Asbolutely bad pizza and we just had a plain. the «cheese» was barely melted… perhaps it’s not meltable? Not sure and would not try it again.

They have great pizza that they deliver. Always check with their web site for specials. Plus they have some really good wings.
