I got a really good Angie’s list deal for two locks, not realizing later that I needed to re-​key four locks. I called them on a Friday later afternoon and they promptly answered the phone and said not to worry that they would do the four locks without me having to buy another Angie’s list deal which saved me money. Derek came on time on a Monday morning. He helped me fix a screen door where the latch was stuck. It required taking the whole structure apart and he did it without damaging the aluminum frame. He rekeyed all four locks in no time. For the price and quality of work, this is a 5 star service!

We utilized Eastern Safe & Lock to change all of the locks at our house. They provided fantastic and prompt service with flexibility in scheduling appointment times (evening and weekend hours!). Our service provider, James was very knowledgeable and provided us great recommendation on how to make our home most secure.
We were debating if dead bolts or changing the doors will be the best option. He provided us great advice on the first option (purchasing doors, installation costs etc) vs. getting an alarm system. It made sense to get an alarm system!!!
Follow up care continues to be fantastic as they’ve been monitoring the satellite signals to make sure alarm is in good working order. They noticed the signal was growing weaker and called to provide additional service to add signal strength. They were again very accommodating with hours available in the evening.
We cannot be happier with not only the service but the knowledge and pricing of the locks, alarm system, and labor.
