Gorgeous Nails

Awesome pedicure! She was very fast, efficient and my feet were smooth and painted really well. She even fixed my toe because I’m clumsy and messed it up before I left. I recommend this great salon and will definitely be back!

This place was not good. When I got there they were extremely impolite. During the entire appointment there was a baby crying in the background so loud that it gave me a headache. You go to a salon to relax and get your nails done, not to hear a baby screaming. Another thing is that they didn’t tell me the price was more for longer nails until AFTER I had already put them on. The lady was rushing me and extremely rough & when I was paying I accidentally hit the corner of the desk and asked to fix it and she refused to. Do not waste your money trying this salon honestly.
Another one of my friends went here and they made her nails bleed.

This place used to be a 4 star place. Justine who was my nail tech always did a fantastic job! But ever since the owner lost most if not all his staff this place went down hill fast. When you call the phone either would ring forever (can’t leave a VM) or they tell you don’t need an appt. I also noticed they stopped sanitizing their tools and caused me to get a fungal infection in my toe. I spoke to the owner one week and said to just come in on Friday afternoon and there was no need to make an appt. as they don’t take appts. for the weekend anymore. I come in as discussed and guess what? I spoke to only other tech on duty and of course Justine is booked solid the rest of afternoon. She proceeds to tell me I should have made an appt. Which I tell her I attempted to, but the owner refused to give me one and told me to just walk-​in. She then tells me to come on Sat. morning at 9 again as a walk-​in. After months of going thru this poor customer service and noticing clientele has significantly dropped b/​c of their shortcomings, I too stopped being one of their regular customers. I told the tech, they had lost me as a customer for good. I also found out he also owns Enchanted Nails on Silverbrook Rd. in Lorton. Stay away! There are many more other nails salons you can go to.

Terrible customer service. The guy that sits at the front desk is rude. If he is an employee he should be fired. If he is the owner??? Strip mall nail salons are a dime a dozen– look for a different one in the next strip mall!

I’ve been here twice, nice back in 2007 on Valentine’s Day and again on Mother’s Day in 2012. It’s a nice place to come to get your services done, but its a little pricey for me. For a French pedicure it was I believe 38.00. It’s clean and decent. Although, I didn’t get a leg massage and the lotion rubbed on my legs. I would rather go somewhere else.

Disappointed, no customer service at this place. I planned a what I thought would be relaxing, fun, mani day for my friend’s b-​day… I called days in advanvce and booked a few of us for mani’s together. We were hardly acknowledged upon arrival, rushed when selecting our colors, seperated away from one another (across the room even). I got a hand massage for one minute, it may as well have been a polish change. Everywhere else I have been I got at least serval miunutes each hand hence the reason ppl get manicures. When it came time to pay they said they couldn’t split the cost of my friend’s services between our cards when I asked on the phone they could! (plus we spent well over the minimum so I don’t get why they made it so difficult).
I don’t believe in only saying the just the negative… so I will say the place seemed clean and I liked the color choices of OPI they had to offer, but my friends and I will not return to this place.

I’ve been coming here for a long time but after last night I won’t ever again. I got a pedicure and my skin on the side of my toe is swollen and hurts like h**l. I am not happy. I don’t think they sanitize their equipment and that’s why this happened.

Gorgeous Nails is your standard nail salon on a strip mall. Prices are reasonable (~$ 35 for a mani/​pedi), service is friendly, and the place was clean. However, they did have a dog that wandered around which I didn’t mind, but I can see others caring (especially if he decided to bark or lick your toes mid-​pedi). My technician did an ok job, nothing special. I would go back if I was close and in dire need of a mani/​pedi.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now for air brushed gel nails. Justine is the absolute best! I’m pretty picky with my nails, but she really knows what she is doing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. All of the technicians are friendly and the salon is always clean. Highly recommend!

Had my first pedi here, it was sick! Their chairs massage your butt.

3.5 Nothing great or exceptional, but clean and decent. Good for getting your mani/​pedi and getting out, not so much a place to come and relax or get a good foot massage. Compared to other nail salons I’ve been to they don’t have that wide range of colors to chose from, pretty standard when it comes to that. So just keep that in mind if you’re feeling like bright purple, psychedelic blue, or Barbie hot pink — you won’t find it here.
I came in the middle of the day with my grand dad so he could get his nails cut and the people working here were very nice — making conversation with him, helping him to the seat, and even walking him to the car afterward.
They also have waxing services here and prices are standard. I can say I am content with my pedicure, my tosies are clean and cute once more.
