Enchanting Nails

I am from California, living in Arkansas, visiting the area and staying at a hotel across the street from the salon. I do not understand some of the negative reviews I have read about this establishment. I went in for a pedicure and a wax. Lynn helped me and she was very kind and did a great job. I have been to salons in a few states; California, Oregon, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, and now Virginia. I think the problem is not with the proprietor, but perhaps remarks written by competitive businesses or people just having a bad day. This facility is no different than any other I have been to. For those who wrote such negative comments, please consider the nature of the business and your attitude. They provide services of comfort and convenience. They are not servants and should not be treated as such. It’s a great place and the prices are quite reasonable. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to be pampered!

Worst experience ever. The lady that helped my sis in law was great but the girl that did my gel set was horrible. She filed my skin til it bled and told me that I looked fat. She herself was chunky. She did a horrible job on my nails and they look like uneven flippers. I’m disgusted. She started out with a used file and I had to make her get me a new one. She was aggressive and her drill tools were dirty. I had to ask her to sanitize them. My nails look horrible but since I was with someone who receive a mani and pedi in the time i got one set I let it pass. I’m in serious pain and being a diabetic who needs to make sure places are clean I am very upset. I’m from out of town and I know for a fact that to pass health inspections they need to be using clean instruments and new files I’m shocked they are still in business.

Great place. Great service. Very relaxing and friendly. Nice relaxing music. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you this place is definitely a good find.

I’m not a person with a chip on my shoulder but I walked in and they did not even speak or ackowledge my presence. However, another lady walked in and they greeted her instantly. I asked them why and they said, «oh, we wanted to see what she needed.» So, I asked, «you didn’t ask what services I needed or even speak to me». I immediately left and went elsewhere. Prior to that, I had been there twice. There are only 2 people working in there so the job is always rushed and they have zero customer service skills. Unfortunately, they don’t have enough professionalism between the two for me to even recommend this nail salon to anyone. Never again!

I was right about the service. Definitely quick and to the point, but I can see why they don’t get much traffic through here. They are not personable. They want to rush the service to take the next cigarette break. I don’t like telling people how to do their jobs. That’s not what I pay for. I pay for efficiency and respect. Here just expect a service that may or may not be efficient. I’ve never been to a place where I have to ask for lotion or oil or a massage afterwards. I don’t know if it was the tech or if that’s standard practice. For the price it’s not worth it. Apparently I lm still on a mission to find a good nail shop.
This place should be packed with customers on a Saturday. I came in around 2p for a pedicure and there were three ppl ahead of me. A pedi sounds simple enough, or does it? What I will say is that Unilocal saved me from horrifically bad service. As soon as I thought I was being mistreated, I opened the app and my thumbs ran the length of the keyboard. The techs looked a little nervous, but I started taking pictures and waaahla, like magic, Kelly swooped in to fight enchanted nails losing battle. She corrected wrongs: oiled my feet, took off a charge, and talked me into playing nice again. I had on my «Don’t do it to ya self» facial expression, ready to cut them with my razor sharp tongue (no cursing though, that’s unattractive). In the end, cooler heads prevailed and I walked out happy. Thanks Kelly! I will be back because of you and your good nature.

I came in for a regular manicure on a Friday afternoon and they seated me right away. However, the manicure itself was very rushed and possibly the worst I’ve ever had. He was extremely rough with the tools and my toes all ached afterwards, plus my feet felt rough after he did the callus «treatment» (worst callus treatment I’ve had). I had to re-​buff my feet when I got home. They also don’t leave a place for tip on their CC receipts, so he said he could run my card again for tip. He ran a higher amount than I had requested.
I’ve recently moved to the area and have been looking for a regular nail salon. This is definitely not it. Will not be back.

Love this place, the girls there are more like friends than just «nail technicians!» I live around the corner so have been going here for over 4 years! Place is nice and clean, no one pressures you to get this done instead or upgrade to this– and my mani/pedi’s done by Ms Hien are great! Kelly and her brother are also very wonderful, and I always love chatting with them while I am there! I would recommend to anyone! Be mindful of you appointments though, if you are going to be late, call right away or you could lose your spot to another customer! Prices are also very fair!

I am visiting Lorton and was in need of a pedicure. Unsure of where to go, I went to the closest nail salon, and I’m thrilled that I did. Enchanting nails was very clean, the staff very friendly, and for $ 28 dollars I received one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Kelly is the best! The guy (her brother) does GREAT little flower designs. They will accommodate you anyway they can. Very nice staff

Walked in last Friday for a shellac French manicure — it looks perfect and everyone was friendly — will definitely go back

I will never ever go back to this nail salon again. My experience started off crappy from the start. I made an early morning shellac mani/​pedi appointment and when I got there I was hustled to a station and the women started my nails. The water was very cold and she was rushing. I quickly was asked to wash my hands and then was hustled to a pedi station. The water was again cold! I had to ask the man doing my feet to please take it easy not once but twice. He rushed through the pedi and it was done very sloppy. My toes where not filed evenly and it was just terrible. I would have walked out but I had a wedding to go to that evening and I need my feet and nails done. After my pedi I was sent back to the mani station and nails were painted. My nails look decent but not great especially for the amount of money you pay for the shellac mani. When I went to pay the total was $ 65 they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip on the card and my reply was simply «No Thank You». I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!
