Have been a long term client of one of the nail techs. she is moving to another shop. She, nor the shop cultivate long term repeat clients and this is truly disappointing in a world where service is important.
They claim they will set an appointment but screen and decide who they will service. really?
They also speak amongst themselves in Vietnamese about customers in the shop…
Sad to be treated this way.
Clients who are valued come back.
I will certainly go to a shop that is appreciative of a repeat customer.

I like this place. Nice décor, clean, and people are nice. I only like Tina handling my nails. She’s very thorough and her work is great. Before I knew better, this other technician was man-​handling my feet and rushing. I tried to let it go but I had to ask for someone new. Ever since its been Tina.

I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2006 – 2007, I love love love this salon. Everyone there does an amazing job. Last night Vivian did my pedicure and gel manicure and I’m so happy with it. They are friendly, sweet, efficient and the salon is always clean. This will always be my go to salon. Make an appointment though, they are getting busier and busier.

My nails, toes and eyebrows look perfect after every visit!
Kim is my favorite! Kelly is wonderful, along with all the other technicians (who are all hard workers!)
They make me feel welcome and glamorous!

If you go just don’t go to Vivian for a full set or gel. It’s not worth it. She rushes, the gel is sloppy & she didn’t put it on well. Also with the acrylic she made them so thick. Usually when you get fake nails you don’t want them to look fake but they look so fake. I can’t wait for two weeks so I can get my nails done somewhere else.

I used to love this place but the last few times I got my nails done the techs seemed rushed and my shellac chipped within a few days. Too bad bc it’s such a good location for me!

I absolutely HATE getting my nails done and leaving feeling like I could’ve painted my nails better. It all starts with the base coat if that’s uneven clearly every coat subsequently is going to be uneven and you’re going to see a ridge and it’s going to look terrible. I’ve been to this place a few times and have had the same issue with multiple manicurists.

My friend and I went in without an appointment. Salon décor is very nice and clean. The pedicure chairs are very nice as well. But the mani and pedi I got was very low quality and after 4 days, my nails are already looking horrible. The nail technician was sloppy with her work. For $ 40 mani/​pedi I expected a little more.

I had my nails done here a few days ago and they were accomodating to my schedule. The technician was friendly and skilled. I have enjoyed the results and get lots of compliments.

Worst nails I’ve ever had! Too thick, didn’t ask my opinion on shape or if I liked the shape. I wanted a simple French and the white is too thick and cheap looking! And to top it of… it cost $ 45! The cost for mine I could have dealt with since I got gel tips but my Mom only got gel polish and hers was the same price! Don’t waste your time! Also my Mom noticed that her UV light box had nail clippings in it! Wow… just wow

My friend and I stopped by here without appointments for regular manis. It was obvious that there was only 1 technician available, but she ushered us both in and sat us down. I had polish on my fingers and my friend did not. She gave me a cotton ball soaked in acetone and told me to wipe the polish off while she worked on my friend. I was speechless. If I wanted to do my own nails, I would do them at home. I understand we did not have appointments, but I would have rather sat and waited instead of having the nail tech work on both of us at the same time. Terrible customer service and my manicure chipped within 2 days.

The interior is nice and they have a TV and comfortable chairs. Kim did a great job on my gel manicure and made sure I was completely satisfied. My friend had a pedicure she was ok with, but was not thrilled about. It was VERY expensive! I paid $ 40 for my manicure which did not include tip. I will not be going back due to the outrageous prices. I get my nails done in DC (or anywhere else) for less.

I came here for a mani ($ 15) and I forget the lady’s name who did my nails. The décor of the place is ok… somewhat modern. Though it doesn’t give you that «spa» atmosphere/​feeling.
Anyways, I will not return to this place for any of their services because of a few things:
1. They don’t have a wide selection of colors so I was taking a bit of time to pick a color. The lady came up to me twice asking me to pick a color… I felt rushed so I just went with a standard red polish.
2. The lady would not stop trying to sell me other services… she kept asking/​telling me to do a gel manicure… after I told her very sternly «I am here ONLY for a regular manicure» she tried to push me to get a pedicure! I told her again NO I just want a MANICURE. Then she told me «Ok, next time you come, get mani/​pedi ok?».
3. She didn’t do a good job on my nails– it was rushed. She didn’t take time to file down each nail so they are even with the rest. Oh and there was only 2 other customers in there… so it’s not as if they were really busy… just lazy.
My advice for this nail salon: Stop up-​selling your customers… they will not return if they feel as if your workers are salesmen… we’re not there to buy a car… we’re there to get our nails done…

I went in for a pedi and shellac manicure. Overall it was a good experience and I will probably go back.

Came here after I got off early to get a pedicure and a full gel set. The lady put my feet in the water and then apparently I was invisible for 25 minutes. The water turned ice cold, especially since they had the door open and it was windy and cold out! The lady that did my pedicure did a lackluster half hearted job. She barely rubbed any salt scrub on my legs so she was just «massaging» (in quotes because it was NOT a massage but her running her hands up and down my legs) my dry legs. She kept «massaging» all the way up until she was pushing my knee caps up which was very uncomfortable. By the time she got done I had been there over an hour and I’m NOT letting them do my nails. I
will NOT return to this place… EVER.

Nice atmosphere but nail technician was very pushy about gel manicures. Like I’m not paying $ 40 for a manicure that’s ridiculous! Not only was she pushy but she did an awful job on my «regular» manicure. She put some oil on them and one for them got completely messed up by the time I got home. I was so angry that I did not want to go back to have them fix it, I will not be going back again.

I got a mani pedi ($ 40 total for both) here with my little sisters. It was relaxing, clean, and friendly! We were also all walk-​ins but did not experience the poor customer service like a reviewer beneath me.
The pedi was relaxing and included a foot massage, perfect. The manicure was nice, too; surprisingly, none of it was particularly painful.
Some down-​sides: there is a somewhat limited polish color selection. They also don’t have a dedicated front staff, so you might be waiting a bit to check in or leave. They also don’t take tips on credit or debit, so please bring cash if you plan to tip!
Overall, a positive experience with friendly people and fair prices. I will be back again! :)

Ya know, this is actually probably one of the nicest nail salons I have been to… in my life? It’s a bold statement, I know.
It’s really open and not crammed like most nail salons. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly and my pedicure was cheap — overall, a great experience!
