The morning crew is awesome. The food was warm and delicious. The lady manager made friendly small talk and the crew stayed busy even when slow with customers. The front cashier kept the lobby clean and ice machine full.

I promise you I will never, ever return to this BK again. The manager/owner — whoever she is is rude, they can never get the order right and the inside is starting to look really bad. They should shut it down and let a good soul food or seafood restaurant open up there; give us some variety!

Traveling from NY making our way back down to GA. Being a southern, I never expect to receive service or kindness as I do in my region but they were close to it. Manager, I will assume he was, took care of my uncle and I & did his best to give us the best price for our large order. Thoroughly grateful for that since my uncle insisted on paying for us. Thank you!

I Love Burger King. This one was great until something changed. Either management or owner but my favorite manager was no where to be found. I waited 15 min. Yes, really 15 min in the drive thru. I have never waited that long at this BK. When i got to the drive thru it seemed that staffing had changed. Food was the same but it took forever and I usually go once a week. Not anymore. very disapointed.

I’m done with this place. They can never get the order correct. Went through the drive thu and and ordered 2 sausage burritos and I get a bacon egg and cheese croissant? And that’s not the first time they’ve gotten the order wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst bk I’ve ever been to. Sucks that its so close. I keep giving it another shot. But last two times I got drive thru the order was wrong. One time ordered the a1 burger and onion rings. Got chicken nuggets and fries. Obviously gave me someone else’s order. This last time ordered two 10 px chicken, fries, onion rings, and sweet tea. Got one 10 piece and a Cinnabon? How? When I went in to exchange they spent more time blame-passing then it took to fix my order. They suck.

Don’t even think about asking for something like an American staple such as eggs and bacon, or eggs and sausage! Just that, if you have 20 min to spend in a drive thru while they try and figure out exactly what that is! I couldn’t believe these people ! You cook and serve this everyday. It’s a breakfast item??? The managers are just as clueless as the employees! If a number is attached to it, they understand, but don’t ask for something simple, then they toss your food in this little cardboard containers! That falls apart in your lap, I’m truly amazed this place is still open.

This is one of the better burger kings I’ve been to. I’m rating this a 4⁄5 comparing it to all the burger kings as opposed to just rating it compared to all the restaurants around the area. The service is pretty spot on, nothing fancy they’ll do what you ask and give no attitude. The food has yet to displease me. Although one time I asked for no bacon and still got bacon. I went back and they exchanged it immediately so I won’t complain. Pricing was the same as all the other burger kings: p

Wow came for my fav angry whopper and got angry manager instead. She was yelling at the drive thru guy opened the window took my card and started yelling at him again food came up she handed me my food and started yelling again so I sat there finally she opened the window and said anything else you need? I told her that is the first words she said to me. Completely unprofessional behavior I won’t go back

I’m not sure why I continue to be surprised by the quality of service at this BK. No matter what time of day I go, the service is slow and workers are unfriendly. I only go because it is so close to my house. The management at this place really needs to address the unacceptable level of service. The only reason it is in business is the great location…

This place has been going down hill ever since I moved to Lorton. Food isn’t always good, service is slow and the drive-thru is very bad, sometimes it takes me 12 min from the moment I pull in the drive– thru until I get my order! I’m aware that it is a fast food restaurant and that the food isn’t the best but please, at least when I decide to order fast food I’m expecting to get it fast! Also, most of their employees seem to be very depressed…

This is my go to bk only because it is the only one near me. Very hit and miss have had issues getting fries that didn’t taste really old during off-peak times. Burgers are just like every other bk never had problems. Breakfast is pretty standard never had issues with it either. 3 stars because of the fries and drive through being very slow

Worst BK ever. Everytime I go I get cold food. They keep food to long period. My kid wouldn’t even eat his hamburger which ended up being a grotesque looking mess that was actually two miniburger patties smashed together like a figure 8 instead of a regular burger patty. Don’t go here.

Staff will mostly likely give you the wrong order. Your fries will always be cold, too salty or both. Your burger will be grossly slapped together where when you open to eat it you’d rather just toss it out because it was poorly put together. One of the worst BKs I’ve been to. I do not recommend.
