Amazing customer service. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location. They did a great job the manager and staff by calling the other store and canceling my order. Then they made my food. I was very happy! :)

The GOAT. Best burgers ever. If you want to switch it up, the hot dogs are amazing too. Always need to add a side of cajun fries. Fast service and clean restaurant. Cool atmosphere with free peanuts.

Never a disappointment. The burgers are always soooo good, and then I discovered their BLT sandwich. Wow! Yummm! If you love BLT’s, then order one here. The veggie sandwich is really good too, but I’m stuck on the BLT for now! Fries are good too — the «little» size is plenty, as they are very generous with them. Noticed a lot of people getting shakes yesterday (somehow I have missed that on the menu), so I’m guessing they are also yummy, but just haven’t tried them yet. The staff keeps the place spotless. You can also tell the staff loves being there, as they are always so friendly, and have a smile on their faces.

I’ve had everything on their menu. I love their hot dogs and obviously burgers. Tired of their burger? We’ll switch it up and try the BLT or cheese sandwich (which you can get anything added to it). Can’t go wrong with either. Yummie!

I swore to myself that I would never eat at «five guys» again after getting pretty bad food poisoning from it a few years ago. However, the draw is just too strong, and I also think it was probably my own fault I got sick since I ate some burgers that were sitting out for like 4 hours in the wrappers.
Five guys burgers taste great, the awesome selection of toppings available are really pretty great, and the price can’t be beat for what you get. The fries are fried in peanut oil (get a «small» for 2 people, the medium is huge and the large is crazy), and you get free peanuts while you wait.
This location is quick, the customer service is great, and they have that awesome drink machine that will mix like 5 million different iterations for you.
Go to five guys, it’s a greasy heart attack that tastes like heaven.

This place was pretty busy tonight to be Sunday. I like the burgers here.
It had a line, but the service is fast. The restaurant seems pretty clean and the prep staff were using gloves.

Best burgers around — no other burger compares! Other burgers may be good but I have not had one better than Five Guys. I still don’t know exactly what puts their burgers ahead of the others. Must try to know what I’m talking about. Never been disappointed — always a treat. Fries are perfect always too!

Had my usual grilled cheese with all the fixings here. It was a good sandwich and definitely filling with the mountain of fries they serve. Every location has obnoxious signs all over the dining room proclaiming their greatness, and one of these signs clearly states no canned products are used, but I’ll be a monkeys’ uncle if those weren’t canned mushrooms on my grilled cheese. But I’m gonna let it slide because of their fly ass soda machines! All digital, there are 22 soda options to start, and when you select one (Coke for example) you get a sub menu with 4 or five additional options for your coke (cherry, vanilla, orange, caffeine free, cherry vanilla coke). Only one word can describe it: AMAZEBALLS! I can’t wait until these are every where!

My first introduction to Five Guys was here in VA a year ago and of course I am revisiting while on vacation. The burgers here are pretty good as far as burgers go. They now have Five Guys in AZ and we hit them up on occasion. If you’re in the area, stop in for a burger and cajun fries.

I love Five Guys, this location just isn’t my favorite one. They messed up my order the first couple of times I went, another time they failed at Cajuning up my cajun fries. I also don’t understand why they need over 10 people working back there when it’s not even busy. Anyways, they’re doing a little better now, so I suppose 2.5 stars is what they can have. I’d still rather go somewhere else where I know they will do it right the first time.

Maybe it’s just me, but I got food poisoning from this place. I ate there one time in particular and had the worst bout of vomiting I’ve had in quite some time.
It’s weird because I was eating there before with no issues for about a year. Not sure what changed to make that happen, but I’ve been scared to go back ever since. That being said, it is quite tasty, though not the best burger ever. A tad greazy, and the fries could have more flavor. But great fast food. The epitome of the Grand Fat American standard.
