This location has continuously let me down. Today they were out of knives and gave me a spoon to spread my bagel. Sounds petty, but when added to the continually previous times of getting orders wrong, staff yawning and complaining they are tired behind the desk and I’ve witnessed multiple customers complaining that their drinks had no sweetener. Staff reply… It’s probably on the bottom. WTH!

2 stars because it’s the only effin starbux anywhere near where I live. They went from a 3 to a 2 because they simply do not know how to make coffee. Coffee needs to be heated to 190 degrees MAX and then either kept there or a couple of degrees under. This location boils their coffee, you can hear the coffee vats boilng when you walk in at 6amish. I’ve tried to explain this to the workers several times, but it goes in one ear and out the other. It’s Starbucks 101, «dude». C’mon, fix your coffee, please.

Such bad service! I usually don’t Unilocal places like Starbucks but the service here was so horrible that I just had to. Went in there asking for a white mocha with no foam and I asked the barista(Rachel) to stir the bottom of the cup before adding the milk because I’ve previously gone in there WITHTHESAME barista, and she didn’t stir the bottom. I ask them to do this because the chocolate doesn’t get mixed into the drink well and the bottom of the drink becomes too sweet. As I was asking her she made a face and rudely replied«we already do that» before I could finish my sentence and ask her for no foam she walked off and started on the drinks. Ummm excuse me? Im a customer and I wasn’t even done ordering. I’ve worked at a coffee shop before and customer service is everything. There were times when i would get overwhelmed with customers and drinks but I never gave a customer attitude. If you don’t have what it takes to work under pressure and still be polite then work somewhere else. I’ve never given a single star before on Unilocal.But looks like theirs a first for everything.

For my experience it was pretty blah. The barista did a great job and had a fine attitude. But the person working the register and taking orders was pretty clueless. She didn’t know how to ring up a macchiato and then she rang up the latte I ordered, took my payment, and forgot to actually put it on the barista’s queue. So eventually he had to ask why I was hanging around the pickup bar. Mine wasn’t the only one forgotten, either. And all this on a Sunday afternoon when it really wasn’t that busy. So I don’t know how typical this is, but it made my quick pit stop needlessly long.

Greeted as soon as I entered. Being Starbucks they kinda knew what I wanted already. I ordered for my wife our coffee and breakfasts and the folks behind the counter clearly understood that I didn’t know Starbucks for large but got it for me anyways. Very helpful and pleasant, I will be coming back!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Decent seating inside. The staff are friendly and this location is very welcoming for people that want to do school work or work on their laptop for a few hours. They have seating outside also.

I go to this Starbucks primarily because of its convenience to where I work. The people who work there are very nice and attentive. The store recently had some renovations done to accommodate large groups but it also gave the location a modern touch. However, they seem to have some trouble keeping the place clean. This is evident by the flies that you see circling around the tables. Seems strange because the manager appears to be at the store every time I’m there. It seems like other customers have had similar complaints. Let’s hope that they get this taken care of soon!

Why yes, yes I am hung over. Yes, I am going to go to Starbucks 5 times today to rehydrate. On a road trip down 95, I asked Suri to get me to a Starbucks; finally she did something I asked her to do. She pointed me in the direction of 123 in Lorton and in I dashed. No line! Score. Staff was super friendly. Veronica took my order, what a sweet professional young lady. I didn’t catch the name of the barista making my order, but it was nice to see them both smile and he sing away as he made my green tea latte and lime refresher. The store was busy as it was a Saturday afternoon but was clean, organized, and one of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Bravo to this owner/manager for such a great store, and my sincerest compliments to the staff working on Saturday March 30th! You all are rock stars!

Ew ew ew, this place has more flies than people! The tables, floors, chairs are all sticky. One of the most vital foundations of any restaurant is cleanliness. It doesn’t matter how good the drinks/food are, or how friendly the staff is; if a restaurant is dirty, it is one star. I literally had flies walking all over me and onto/around my drink, an iced coffee. Think for a second where you think these flies are breeding… Yeah, never again… There are many other Starbucks locations that are much cleaner and have the same quality of service and drinks. One example is the Huntsman Blvd location.

As far as Starbucks go, this one is pretty good. The staff goes out of its way to ensure your visit is pleasant. I always see a bunch of regulars either inside or outside and it is always a friendly atmosphere.

I like to visit this starbucks about once a weekend. It’s usually not very crowded, but I do go around 8:30 Sunday morning. The employees are all nice and talkative, and they have always gotten my order right(although it’s not very complicated). They have a few seats outside, which makes for nice people watching and relaxation. I’ll defitiely keep frequenting this Starbucks
