The employees are simply so sweet and kind whenever i check in i see a lovely smile on their face i feel very comfortable as I don’t wanna leave

I used to really like ordering from here. It was one of my favorite Subways. However, about 3 months ago, I stopped in around 8pm. I noticed the veggie containers were very low and didn’t look as clean and full as they normally would be. It appeared that they were closing but they do not close until 10pm. I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese with lettuce, onions and mayonnaise. Later that night, I felt really ill. I realized I got food poisoning. I had all of the symptoms. I’m not going to go into detail because of the graphic nature of the situation. I’ve never had food poisoning in my life. I only knew what is was because my friend had it before and explained to me what he went through. I knew it had to be the sandwich because I only had spaghetti earlier that day with my wife and she didn’t get food poisoning. I haven’t been able to eat at any other Subway since and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat at any Subway again. I was hesitant to leave a negative review. However, I live right around the corner and I’m reminded by that one experience every time I drive by.

I’ve only been here twice. Both times I’ve had bad service. Today, young lady helped me another woman was by the door sweeping. No acknowledgement what so ever. After making my sandwich, and ringing me up, the woman grabbed the receipt and held it in my face not saying a word. Just stood there with her hand out looking away until I took it. So I snatched it and left. There was no thanks or have a nice day or eye contact what so ever. It’s not hard to look someone in the face and say hello and say have a nice day. My job requires me to do it constantly. They can do much better here. I only came to this location because this is the only subway I can find in my area. Wish there was another one. :/

Great staff, awesome service. The products are all fresh. I get the deal 3 for 15. I always do take out, as my colleagues are at office. And comparing to other SR around this is the best.

Please understand the concept of the gloves. Do not touch anything else but the food with gloves on. Ie… the oven, money, credit cards… and please do not walk out from the back room with your gloves on and start making sandwiches. Don’t be afraid to change your gloves, pull them off and put on new ones. This has been the talk of our office and is a health hazard

Clean place and quick service. Always in the mood for a BMT. Tried their personal pizza for the first time this week because my daughter wanted one. She loved it. Heavy on the herbs, but if you like that it was great. I couldn’t help myself from «helping» her finish it.
