Love Bambi and the other gentleman there so nice and very helpful great little place to stop for a card postage fed ex regular mail ups whatever you need a key made a spare charger they have it

This used to be my go-​to place for all things. Unfortunately the new owner is horribly rude… like you don’t exist, and understaffed. It used to be a clean, fun little place, with lots of cool stuff. Now it’s dirty and dreary. I waited for 20 min to overnight an envelope with one person in front of me whole the owner played on the computer. Such a shame as it was great to have a neighborhood place you could count on. I’ll never be back.

Went here last night to have a paper notarized. The girl behind the counter was VERY RUDE!!! I’m sorry that it was 5:35 and you were suppose to be off at 5:30. I think that in these times you should be grateful that you have a job. I’m sure that there are plenty of people who would appreciate the job. And the way she spoke to the owner WOW. Lets just say that I will never use this place again. No customer service what so ever.

I went to AIM Mail Center, on December 8, 2014, I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I witness a gentleman on a scooter state he needed to send a fax and asked if he had a fax cover sheet he could fill out, i believe the man behind the counter was the owner he chose to ignor the gentleman and just faxed the paperwork. I was really shocked… The next customer had 2 letters to mail out, the man behind the counter quickly charged her, in such a hurry the poor thing came back and had to ask «did you put the postage on the envelops?» I was surprised how short he was with people. When it my my turn I asked «are you able to mail out this flat rate box for the flat rate? He replied yes, so I handed him the box, which was a medium size $ 12.95 flat rate. He then started taking measurements, I said, it’s a flat rate, $ 12.95, he replaid yes I just need to measure. I told him it’s just cookies for my finance he having ins a hard time at his pre mob, no response. Just to clarify I was in my military uniform, I was not in any hurry, I told him they were just cookies to brighten his day. He then said I owed $ 25.92, I said no it’s a flat rate box. He said no I have to charge a little more, there is no waiting here, and then stuck the postage sticker on! WHAT A jERK! He flat out lied to me! He charged me over $ 13 dollars, and giggled telling me I didn’t have to wait! I turned to the women behind me and asked, «did you hear him tell me it would be the flat rate?» She stated «yes, dear I Did.»
He then told me well there is no waiting, I said I waited over 20 minutes your not a good person you flat out lied to me! Then told him I will get you on your Unilocal review!
What a jerk, I saved no time, I would much rather go to the post office, this guy didn’t even ask if I was shipping dangerous out goods, he would rather charge double and have planes blow up. What a jerk!

Stopped here in desperation to access a website to sign some legal documents. Though they did not have any sort of Internet/​computer station, the guy on duty, Vipul, let me go behind the counter and use his computer. He saw I was in urgent need and on a deadline.
I asked him how much I owed him, and he refused to take any money. Other customers were coming in and he just had a great attitude. Not sure when I will be back in the area but wanted to give this place kudos for sure!
