Good place to ship your items… and they carry a wide variety of shipping boxes. Great staff and friendly service

This is a UPS Franchise store. I came here to ship a package around 5:30 PM. I felt like I was bothering them by asking to ship a package. I told them I had a UPS account, in which the representative rudely let me know they are a franchise store and they don’t do accounts.
Okay, regardless… I need to ship this package. Please be helpful and nice. It was guaranteed to arrive on the birthday of my friend and it arrived 2 days late. I wrote this review because it’s not cheat and the service wasn’t very good.

This UPS store has been a Godsend! Not only are you able to send packages via UPS, but they also have full post office services. During the holidays I can’t even say how much easier it is to drop by this place. The staff is so nice and super professional and knowledgeable. This community has needed a place like this for a long time and I’m so glad we finally have such a multi faceted location.

What a wonderful experience again. I believe this was my 3^rd or 4^th time using their services. In the past I have used the notary services (awesome) and mailing packages. Today I had the same young man that I believe did the notary services in the past. So nice, knows his stuff, funny and has fantastic customer service skills.

Just know … the markup on a book of 20 stamps is very, very high! I was so surprised. In future, I’ll buy stamps at Ralphs if I do not have time to go to the P.O. My billl for six sheets of stamps came to $ 72 (yes, seventy-​two dollars), and the receipt was dated 03/​16/​2000 at 6:38 a.m. The receipt means nothing because the name of the store is not on it, plus the date was 15+ years off. I was there around 3:15 p.m. today. The employees there were pleasant and helpful to me. You will pay dearly for the convenience of buying a few sheets of postage stamps. I could have gotten them for $ 58.80 at Ralphs. I’ve learned my lesson.

I choose this store for its claim to provide notification of delivery via email. This has been an Epic fail since day one. I’ve spoken to the manager numerous times with no change.
Looking for a less expensive alternative.

I came here to get my live scan fingerprints done. I needed them sent to both the DOJ and the FBI. The worker who did my fingerprinting did not tell me that the program they had did not allow them to send the fingerprints to the FBI, so they were only sent to the DOJ and I had to pay $ 50. It was not until I was notified by the agency who required my fingerprints that my fingerprints were never sent to the FBI. When I went back, Mitch was helpful in trying to figure out what happened, but it turned out their live scan system was unable to send my prints to the FBI, whereas 2 other ups stores that I checked with had no problem sending them. I ended up having to get re-​fingerprinted at a different ups store and paying another $ 70 to have them sent to the DOJ and FBI. I would NOT recommend going to this store for live scan fingerprinting because it cost me an extra $ 50 and was a big waste of time.

This review is not about shipping, it’s about banking. Yes that’s right, BANKING! who would ever thought that a UPS store does banking.
This branch is one of the few branch that does banking for USAA. Friendly staff members and nice clean store.

I went to this store after work today to pick up UPS shipping supplies because the supplies that I ordered via the customer service number did not get delivered to my office today, because they sent it to the wrong address. The employees were unfriendly and were very reluctant to give me any supplies which was a minimal quantity for a Saturday pickup I had the following day at my office. I was also advised that they had no shipping lablels in stock and if I wanted to giet some that I would have to drive to the hub by Angel Stadum. Needless to say, I was very disatisfied with my overall service with UPS due to my supplies not being delivered and then was very frustrated when I was not able to get any supplies at the UPS Store because I was not a «customer» of theirs. I work for a national non-​profit and we have a corporate account so I do not know why they would not assist me with supplies. I personally use AIM Mail Center for all my shipping needs and will continue to do so. I am very disatisfied with UPS and this store.

Their hours claim to be 8:30– 6:30, yet it’s 8:50 and their doors are still locked. Extremely unprofessional

My first visit here. Staff are not outwardly gregarious but are very business like and helpful. I had to ship a bike wheel with an electric motor in the hub back to the factory for some repair work. Needless to say, it was an usual shape for packing and required some ingenuity on the part of the staff to find a box that would fit. Also, since they charge for packing based on the box size, the staff went out of their way to find the cheapest package to use.
This required me to remove the tire and tube to save about $ 10. They got the tools and then helped to remove the tire/​/​tube for shipping in a smaller carton, just to help me save a few dollars, without me even asking for that kind of help.
I noticed that while they were helping me, others came in to the store and were also promptly assisted.
Excellent customer service and customer orientation.

Came here to drop off my old Verizon FiOS DVD and router. The store is conveniently located; the service was fast and very good.

awesome service, not like the grumpy old rude guy at the Cerritos u p s store, this young man was professional, courteous, kind, and great service. I locked my keys in my car he let me use their phone and wait till a tow truck driver came and helped me.

I had to move my drop box services from Sign, Seal & Deliver (formerly at 203 Argonne Ave., Long Beach) after that owner went out of business and gave me only 2 days’ advanced notice. Thankfully, the transition has been smooth … thanks to Kevin and his able associates. I’ve only been receiving mail/​packages here for about 3 months, but I have no complaints.
I do want to praise Seal Beach UPS for their courteous customer service to me … I had a broken arm recently, and Kevin helped me place some packages into my car. I was also waiting for an important check to arrive in the mail which was delayed for some reason … one of Kevin’s associates called me on a Saturday (!) to let me know that it had arrived. That’s the type of customer service that will keep me as a regular customer here. Thanks a lot, guys!
