I can’t express enough about Dr. Chung. He is the best Sleep doctor! I had long a period of time without being able to sleep; I had never met a physician as professional and helpful as Dr. Chung. He will provide a lot of helpful tips to improve any concerns without having to take too many medications. I’m forever grateful to Dr. Chung for changing my life! If you do your homework you will see results immediately. I started seeing Dr. Chung at the Los Alamitos office but I ended up going to his Huntington Beach office.

Doctor Mark Chung is the best MD I have ever had my lifetime. I have had four others and he ranks number one. I have used his services for over 5 years with exception results.
He is very well connected for referrals, extremely brilliant for analyzing medical related problems and compassion is his greatest personal character.
He takes the time to understand and care for his patients more than any Doctor I have known.

I went to Dr. Chung for a cough that lasted more than 6 months and had started to cause wheezing and difficulty breathing. I was referred to him my my PC doc. Dr. Chung did not run any tests, he just wrote me several prescriptions with little explanation. As I was leaving and checking out at the front office, Dr. Chung went to meet with pharm reps in the front office for the very medication he had just prescribed me. Since he provided me no explanation for what was going on with my lungs, I went to a different doctor (George Huthstiener) and had a great experience. They ran all sorts of tests and then and 1.5 hr consult about the treatment options.
Additionally, they kept billing me for the initial visit months after I has paid in full. I provided the amount/​date/​account from which the payment was made. They finally let up.
I don’t recommend this Drs office if you are looking for a thorough Dr and billing office.
