extremely long waits, not enough beds. you end up waiting and sleeping in the waiting room.

One of our office locations is in this building. We have few other dental office locations in the Southern California as well.
My first impression was that it looks fairly new. The décor is really modern and I like the minimalist look. The color of the wallpaper and the music they play is very soothing. I liked the fact that all the lightening and the water is automatic in the building. No wastage of the resources there!
Parking structure is close by and it is easy to locate as well. I know we validate our patients and I would assume so does the other offices in the building. One of the young guy (maintenance) comes to check in atleast once a day to see if we have enough supplies of the garbage bags or/​and napkins.
I feel like it would be better if each staff gets the parking validation ticket/​pass rather than one amongst the office. After 6:00 pm gates are open anyways but those passes would be helpful if someone needs to leave early or for lunch.

Love the pharmacy here the staff if so friendly and give you tips if they are out if any medications on where to find them. The Doctors in this building are great my Orthopedic my Cardiologist my OB/​GYN and my Optometrist
