Got the dreaded «hard drive» about to fail message. Did a review on line. Called Geek Squad. Price quote was really high and a potential «few days» wait. Called Mirco Tech. Got straight pricing with promise of quick turnaround. Gave me the opportunity to provide my own HD. I decided to let them do it all. Best decision.
Let’s face it — when you need these guys you’re kinda of desperate. They delivered and did not take advantage.

Found the customer service to be unbelievable poor.
Quality of service zero.
Could not determine problem, yet charged.
Employees spoke bad about other local business. Highly unprofessional.
STAY AWAY!

Nobody likes computer problems. Nobody. They are frustrating, and time consuming. If you are self employed and rely on your computer to make a living, it is crucial that any problems with your system be met with haste. Micro to Go is AMAZING. They never fail to deliver the goods, and are always prompt and efficient at fixing my puter. Micro to Go, you have a customer for life!

The anti viral software on my husbands laptop had expired and he didn’t renew it, so lo and behold — he ended up with 16 viruses. I remembered seeing Micro To Go on my way to work and thought I would take it in and see what they could do. The nice young man who helped me explained that it would be $ 69 to remove all the viruses and make sure the computer was running well and another $ 20 to back everything up, since he was basically going to have to remove everything to clean up the laptop. I took the computer in on Wednesday and he said it would be ready the following Monday. Much to my surprise, they called me the next day and said it was ready.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the one bad review on here, but as everyone knows, you can’t please 100% of the people 100% of the time. Having said that, I am so glad I took my computer to them. They removed all the viruses and the laptop is working faster than it was before I took it in. I was worried about them backing everything up, but it’s all there. Not to mention, they also downloaded anti-​viral software and didn’t charge extra for doing so. This will be the only place I take my computers from now on. Service was fast, friendly and they did everything they said they would, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg!

I came here a couple months ago because my laptop completely shut down and stopped working. I work right down the street from this place and saw a banner saying $ 99 for computer repair. So I took my laptop in, paid $ 99 and they told me it would be ready in 3 days. The very next day my laptop was ready for pickup. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and I got my computer back super quick and it has been working great ever since! Thank you

I have been using this place for several years and have referred several others too! They have always done a great job, reasonably priced and on time as promised. My last visit was like going to a whole new place. The owner was rude, didn’t do the work promised and after 3 returned visits for the same thing within 10 days of first visit, he told me we needed to end our business relationship… NO LONGER WANTS THE BUSINESS OR THE REFERRALS.
Sadly, his own son thinks the man is really having some «men” — opause issues.

Been taking my computers there for a couple of years. This last time they repaired it, and restored data, only to have it crash again in a month. They would not fix it so there goes $ 90 down the drain. Used to be good not any more.
