Excellent service. It’s always an emergency when I call them — usually because my hard drive crashed and they always respond within 2 hours. Always works fast so that it’s less $$$$ for me and gives me great advice. The best part is that they come to YOU. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Fast-​teks for a couple of years now. They are very knowledgeable and don’t try to take advantage of us when we are having virus troubles! They fix the problem, at a reasonable cost, and the best thing is that they come to me.
I had a problem with my laptop not taking a charge. When I was on the customer service line with the manufacturer, they told me I’d need a complete new motherboard. When Fast-​teks came over, they looked at the plug that goes into my computer and knew that that was what the real problem was. It took a couple of days to get the part in, but he brought it back to me, good as new. Saved me a couple of hundred dollars!

I own a flight school and one of the critical components is a pc based flight simulator. It’s a combination of old and new with Windows 7 and serial ports.
When the computer had problems, Bob answered my questions and dispatched a tech within minutes.
A great company that I highly reccomend.
