Subway

I have recently visited your Subway location and have had one of the most awful experiences I have ever had during my visits. During my time of visit right out of school, your employees suggested I go with the Rainy Day Special. I took the suggestion to action and was served by a employee who DID NOT have a nametag not any sign of appearance that she worked there, besides her shirt. She mistakenly gave me a wrong offer towards the Rainy Day Special and insisted it was MY fault after I had purchased it. Furthermore, a man whom I assume is the manager named Rahul began shouting in my face because he thought I gave the order wrong. I calmly explained to him what had happened and he accused me 4 times. 4 times of making a «scene» in the store. He then told me to «GET OUT!!» really loud 5 times after my purchase. I insisted I would stay (due to rain). NOTE THAT: Myself as a minor, should not be yelled at by someone above the legal age or in any matter because they have no authority over me. I felt harassed and quite shocked by the experience I had at this location. I shouldn’t have a position to give a suggestion to what a higher authority should do about this but note that: any man – a manager should be able to cooperate with dealing with the fact his employee mistakened my order. I was not given a refund as well because of this. I highly recommend subway to everyone who enjoys eating fresh. But after this experience; I’ve got second thoughts about what I should say from now on. Hope to hear back from Someone. Thank you for taking the time to read this .

Came into subway to buy son dinner so we can relax for the night. This location takes expired Subway coupons!
Great service all the time.

Do not go during busy hours. They WILL rush your food. They messed up my orders twice. Once during busy hours and once during normal hours. The management could be improved. I think hitting another person in a shift could help.

Never knew this place was here. Been working in Los Alamitos for a little while now and i just always drove past this place for lunch. Store was clean and the guy at the front was friendly (luis). Parking available. Would recommend to others!

I am always looking for above average service. For the most part, in Orange County that should be expected. I go to a few Subways with some amount of regularity, two in South Gate, Two in this area, this one and the one up the street near Office Depot and that meat market gym (a little dig at gyms in general).
Compared to most others, this one is usually pretty good. One gentleman in particular, Luis and the young lady that usually works with him. or rather when i go in, which is at many different days and tmes, know what its like to give good service. They are always in a good mood and very genuine (even if they are faking it, they are good at it), it makes me feel like a valued customer. They ask about my day and make good eye contact. crucial in Customer Service jobs. they are very generous with their portions. they are also very helpful with tips for good cobinations of food. In a world where the youth are forgetting to value service, these two are a great exception. Way to go Subway. Don’t forget to recognize good employees.

It’s subway what can I say that you don’t already know? If you don’t know they have Chipotle mayo try it on your next Sammy! otherwise… it’s Subway… lmao…nothing new here!

The only reason why I go to this location is because it’s within walking distance from my work. It’s quite sad how Subway in general are so frugal when making your sandwiches, but this location takes the cake for cheapness! For example: I ordered a foot long sandwich, and when I asked for spinach, the sandwich maker put literally 5 pieces on. I asked if I could have more, she put an additional 2 pieces on and looked at me like I was asking for too much! And it’s the same for every topping. If they are going to skimp on the meat, they should at least give you a decent amount with the vegetables…

Its a typical Subways. Clean and usually fast. They get you in and outta there and are polite.

I’ve been to this location (in the same strip mall as the 24 Hour Fitness) several times for some after-​gym nourishment and it has always been quick and fresh. It had been a while since I’ve been to that gym (don’t judge), so I had not been to Subway in a while. Upon my return today I saw that there were two new ingredients: cilantro and feta! What?! The cilantro really improved upon my sub and made my chicken $ 5 footlong taste fan-​frickin-​tastic! I love all the new veggie options, like spinach, and avocado, and cucumbers. I did not try the feta, but maybe I can make a Mediterranean inspired sammy next time. Good call guys!
