Subway

Won’t be back here. Girl named Juju yawning while making my sandwich. No thanks. Who does this? While the other lady did 4 orders, my order barely kept this one awake. I won’t be coming back here.

The only reason I’m giving this subway a 2 star is because I like their salads. The service was HORRIBLE! From reading the other reviews I am thinking the owners either could care less or never read Unilocal reviews or else something would change. Sounds like the same young lady who is about as friendly as a thistle. Would never recommend this subway.

I like this Subway, it’s close to where I work and I come here often. The most people I’ve ever seen in line would be like 3 or so but it moves fairly quickly (unless there’s a customer with a complicated sandwich). There’s a lady who works there with an accent, she’s very friendly– I wish I had her name so that I may praise her on here. There’s also this young girl who works there and she really doesn’t have great customer service skills, nor does she greet people.
The sandwiches are made neat, never messy or sloppy. I never have problems like I do with sandwiches from other locations. Overall, I like this location and the main lady making the sandwiches.

I have went there twice in the morning and the girl that works there behind the counter is has awful customer service !!! And RUDE! I thought I’d give it another try… but, NO WAYYYY!!! I’d get rid of her! I have NEVER got this bad of service at a Subway and won’t be coming back! She must really hate her job. Don’t like it… leave

With all the Subway’s in the area what it really comes down too is the customer service… of which this location has none. Very rude female behind the counter. Also she over charged me twice before I actually paied. Will not be coming to this shop again.

Horrible customer service in the evenings!!! Because I’ve met two woman that work there during the day and they are great! But a few times we’ve been here in the evening the two men don’t greet you, if you’re standing in line there they ignore you and walk back and forth, and then speak to you when they are ready for you. I think a simple, «Hello, I’ll be right with you.» and a «Thank you for being patient, how can I help you?» is correct instead of me standing there confused, while they are walking in and out of the back room or just standing there putting things away/​slowly removing their gloves, etc. (and mainly it’s the men working here) And because I live near here this is easier to go to, but I’m done ordering from this Subway! The last couple times I order a chopped salad from here it was a terrible salad. He hardly added lettuce, I asked for chicken breast and he left them in huge pieces, when I asked for him to cut the chicken beast into pieces he cut it into large pieces. Lol It was cut into 4s. Another time, he had mustard in the tub of tuna and was still going to add it to my husband sandwich, even after my husband said NO MUSTARD! And he asked to have him remove the mustard from the tub. But I don’t understand why there was mustard inside the tub of tuna… Anyhow, I hope they hired better employees here or get better management, because this Subway is just sad & getting worse. From now on we will go to another Subway.

I was just here this morning, literally around 9:40am or so. The girl that was working there was the meanest little grumpiest girl I’ve ever met. This is the subway I always come to, I go to the smoke shop then I get a sandwich. And I always buy a lot for my whole family. Not coming back anymore if the little troll is still there! None of the signs were on anyway so I should have just gone home instead of dealing with her.

Went to Subway and received the worst customer service ever! The lady that was helping me had bangs and the color of her hair was black she wore a lot of makeup and was definitely not the friendliest!

I stood in line waiting for service but the unhappy girl behind the counter (who was free), decided to open a box with a knife that was used for cutting avocados and spreading condiments, instead of acknowledging me. No «hello», no «sorry to keep you waiting», just an unhappy face waiting for me to tell her what I came in for.
To the management: buy a box cutter. We don’t want our avocado knives used as a warehouse tool. She put the knife back in the clean container. EW. Hire friendly workers or customers will go to the Valley View/​Ball or the Ball/​Walker location.
I won’t be back to this location again.

Avoid this location by all means, go to the other Subway on ball by the walker!!! This location sucks, they are stingy on the veggies, I went in and got home to realize they gave me the wrong sandwich, she rang me up for the right one, I repeated to her like 3 times turkey and got home to wrong sandwich. Calked subway over and over they never answered, had to drive to get my correct sandwich! What a waste of my time and talk about inconvenience… They don’t know how to handle when too many people are in there… Avoid this location please

There are better subways just as close. They had their «Open» sign on and Unilocal said they were open but they kicked me out anyways before I could get dinner after I raced over from my night class.

Great located Subway, as long as psycho India lady isn’t working. She has no customer service skills what so ever. On two different visits, she has told me what I should be ordering, or changing what I’ve asked for. Have your younger skilled workers interact with the customers only & I’ll come back. :)

This subway is the best around. The employees here are very friendly and don’t act like they hate their jobs like at other subway restaurants in the area. I drive by another subway to come to this one because of the employees.

This is one of my favorite places for sandwiches and one of my fave Subway locations. Always friendly staff, quick service (one thing I expect from Subway) and very fresh and tasty ingredients. I love when they have deals like $ 5 footlongs and other discounts. I must eat here about 2 or 3 times a month.
