Terrible service. If I could give zero star, I would. How could a librarian miss one of the textbook that I returned on time and charge me with 5 hour overdue fee! There’s no security camera, and I couldn’t prove I returned the book on time. Why should I be the one paying for their mistake? If you’re going to return something, be sure to return in person. Oh, and I doubt that any of the staff is going to check on this review, so you can expect the same treatment for a long time.

i come here to study in between classes, so most of the time, i just find a workspace/table, plop down my bag, whip out my laptop, and read. i love the advent of the online textbook, esp since this did not exist when i first attended college. workspaces are plentiful and each section has a power strip to plug in laptops, cell phone chargers, and anything else that you need. bathrooms are clean, but i think more stalls could be added, at least, to the ladies’ room. if you don’t have a laptop, there’s plenty of PCs here so you can check mail and get your online reading done. the library is only open during the weekdays, and on fridays, they close a bit earlier, so if you need a place to study late friday evening or on the weekend, you’ll need to find another place.

The library at Foothill is nice and peaceful, a great place of you need to get some homework done, study for a test, do some reading, or even take a nap in the Quiet Study Area(…I’m not the only one who does that, right?). My only thing is that there is not a huge variety of newer books, and not that many audio book to choose from. Other that that, I’ll be going to the library after class again in twenty minutes and Im feeling pretty tired so… Quiet«Study» Area, it is! ;)

Great place to come & study. Lots of desks good for either group or individual study. They’re open until 7:00 pm Monday– Thursday and close at 4:30 on Fridays. Most teachers will also put the books required for their class on reserve in the library!
