Arco AM PM

Easy in-​and-​out, cheapest place in town, $ 0.35 instead of $ 0.45 ATM card fee now. Piece of cake.

Cheap gas, cold Slushies, eclectic staff (except for the b*tchy blond — story below), and a great location.
I’ve always loved stopping here except for this one time two weeks ago. I pulled in to fill up my lovely car, put the nozzle into the tank opening and started to pump. The gas pressure was so hard that the nozzle flew out of the opening of the gas tank and started spraying everywhere. Gas covered me, my dress, my hair, my shoes, inside of my car (the top was down), all over the outside of my car and spewed all over the ground. I picked up the nozzle and managed to get it back into the tank opening only to have it kick out again. Third try and I had to forcefully nurse the gas into the car.
I was on my way to an event so I had no time to go home and shower. I moved my car to a parking space and got out to report the incident to the staff only be greeted by this b*tch asking if I was the one who sprayed gas all over the ground. I told her what happened and she started yelling at me saying it was my fault. I calmly explained that in my entire life I had never been assaulted before by a gas pump and that their gas pressure was clearly too high. It was not a pleasant exchange and, soaked with gas, late for my event and throughly upset, I left.
I’ve been back since for Slushies, but will never buy gas here again. If you decide to take your chances with these vicious pumps, make sure you have time for a shower afterwards just in case.

Just because the gas pumps are on does NOT mean you’ll be getting gas — it also doesn’t mean that the attendant is actually doing their job! I showed up at about 6:15 on a Saturday morning, this is usually the only gas station that is open at that time on my way home from work, so I stopped here. ALL THE LIGHTS INSIDE WERE ON AND THE PUMPS WERE LIT UP! So I put 10 $ into the machine that accepts cash, and went to the pump, which let me select the gas I wanted — but no gas came out. AT ALL. I tried all 3 flavors of gas. Nadda. I went to the door and it was locked, but all the lights were on so I knocked, then pounded on the front door. Nothing. I even CALLED them from my cell phone — no one answered. So basically AM/​PM just stole my cash. I will NEVER come back. Thanks for stealing my money AM/​PM. :(

Cheap gas — check.
Good service? No complaints from me. I got a Arco giftcard (weird gift, I know) for Christmas and when it wouldn’t work at the pump the gentleman inside was very friendly and pleasant and got it to work quickly. In and out in no time at all!

Arco usually has the cheapest gas you can find. I liked this shop for the fact i asked directions and they were helpful.

This place usually has the cheapest gas in town; the only downside being you can’t pay with a credit card but who needs more debt these days hmm? Anyway, the real reason for the 5 stars is the killer selection of discount beer this place has! HALF OFF on lots of ‘discontinued merch. like sixers of Heineken Light at $ 4 and a damaged 12-​pack of Corona Light for $ 6!!! The dude said they do it all the time so hit’em up with your pocket change and get drunk tonight and sing a song to my good nature!
