We recently bought and sold a property with David — we bought a house in Los Altos and sold a house in Sunnyvale. David was an excellent agent — very on top of all of the details, very punctual, very aware of the market. Both transactions went smoothly. David’s brochures are very professional, and he showed off the best of our house for sale. Likewise, David was great to bounce ideas off of to determine whether the new house was the right fit for us, and how much it was really worth. David uses docusign so signing paperwork is really easy on-the-go. It makes it extremely easy to create counter-offers in a matter of minutes while at work doing other things. I would definitely use David again for future real estate needs.

David helped us fix, stage and prepare for sale a house in Los Altos Hills. As we live out if the area, almost all if this was coordinated by him. He selected well-reputed contractors and businesses to do the work that were reasonably priced. He was in constant contact with us, keeping us updated on the work being done and checking on the house frequently as it was unoccupied at the time. He always responded to calls, emails or texts promptly. The sale went smoothly and we are very happy with his work.
