Natalie and Dr. Clark at Pacific Hearing are the best. They have courteously and diligently worked with me over the 8 years I have had my hearing aids. Most of their help is done at no charge and with a big smile — and a free chocolate on the way out!

Having trouble hearing? I strongly recommend that you schedule an appointment at Pacific Hearing Service. Having struggled with hearing loss for several years I recently found Pacific Hearing and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Brook Raguskus who took the time to do a thorough hearing test, evaluate the results, adjust the results to my hearing aids, then fine tune the settings to a frequency I felt most comfortable with. It seems like a straight forward process that any audiologist can perform, however from my experience few are able to get it right. The reputable medical foundation I go to for my health care needs has an inferior audiology department compared to the high level of personalized service at Pacific Hearing. Additionally, Dr. Raguskus provided information on the latest tech devices that are compatible with my hearing aids which I was able to test in her office and demo in the real world before making a purchase decision. If you are just starting to have difficulty hearing or if you are challenged with profound hearing loss as I do, then save yourself the frustration of dealing with unqualified audiologist and go to Pacific Hearing.
