For a doctor who is supposed to help you feel better in life through helping patients with depression, ADHD etc Farah Khan and her office admin do not help! This office created hell in my life, cost me hundreds, and gave me a crazy mis diagnosis later corrected by a wonderful doctor in Sunnyvale. They only open on Thursday and Saturday and require weekly appointments to monitor you. However they cancelled my appointment and moved me up without telling me and then I missed the appointment! They charged me over $ 300 for the missed appointment saying it was my fault. In the middle of my treatment my insurance changed and I made sure to tell them in order to make sure I would be covered. However the admin was too lazy to work with my new insurance company who had a more complicated submission process and they charged me the full amount for that appointment as well. For that bill they wrote a statement on 10÷1÷2015 and told me I would be turned over to collections of my bill wasn’t paid by 10/​10/​2015! 9 days to pay is ridiculous! Not to mention the doctor and admin are both rude and unforgiving everything you would hope not to have to deal with from your mental health provider or any doctor for that matter!

His office creates a hell even while giving appointments. Was told the appointment time just the day before and expects me to show up. When I said I can’t make that time, he called me «unprofessional». Not even worth if service is free !
