I’ve been going to Dr. Zaffaroni for many years. On this particular visit i looked up driving directions and ran across the reviews w/an average 3 star rating. I was a bit surprised at some of the reviews.
With my recent visit the office staff was very friendly, the lady who did the pre-exam was very courteous, always wiped down surfaces with sanitizers and even offered me a glass of water. Dr. Zaffaroni, as usual, did a very thorough exam.
I’ve always been happy going here. Just as a side note, the selection of frames to choose from here is a little limited so if you’re really picky about designer frames you might find it best to take the prescription to a designer eyewear store.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. The office staff is the worst I’ve dealt with. I’ve never been so irate in dealing with customer service across healthcare, retail, and any other customer-facing business.
In trying to get a prescription for my contacts that I had forgotten to pick up, they sent me a little note saying «patient needs colored contacts.» And in calling them back, they were not helpful at all. Moreover, they were extremely rude.
If you want to get angry over terrible customer service, come here.

I’ve gone to Dr. Zaffaroni for several years, and don’t have any issues with him at all. But I have never been impressed with some of the office staff and have just tolerated it. However, I have just had my last apathetic experience there. I’ll be seeking a new optometrist. Hint for the staff: You are in the customer service business. People have options. You can’t act disinterested or even like the client is an imposition when they call for an appointment. Syrupy sweet condescending words are still condescending.

I have gone to Dr. Zaffaroni for many years. I have referred several friends to him and everyone was extremely pleased! He is an excellent physician and extremely gentle during eye exams. The office is very professional, polite and easy to reach and talk to. I am 100% pleased with the care I receive at this office!
