This actually one of my favorite Aldo, its bigger then most of the other Aldo in the neighboring malls. They have a great selection of shoes and if they don’t have your size they will call another store or order them for u. They have great customer services and I’m always greeted with a smile and a «Welcome to Aldos. When there is any type of promotions or sales I am always informed.

Should be a ZERO if it were an option. I am a loyal customer who has bought countless products… from shoes, to handbags, to accessories over the years for myself and as gifts. One Christmas, I bought nearly 20 handbags for friends and families. You can’t deny I am a fan. However, my most recent experience was so disappointing i have to Unilocal it. I was at the Fox Hills branch several weeks ago and bought a Leopard Hairbow. I liked it so much that I decided to go to the branch nearest to my place of work to pick up another that was with the Zebra print(on Tuesday, 10⁄6 at about 7pm). As I’m walking to the store I noticed a lady right outside the store on her cellphone. No one was inside. I proceeded to look for what I came for. I couldn’t find it. All they had were the Leopard print which I already have. I looked around the store, still no Sales rep. I finally realized the lady I had walked right by in front of the store on on her cellphone WAS the Sales rep! I waived at her and felt bad for interrupting her conversation but I just couldn’t wait any longer. I asked about the Hairbow, she looked it up and couldn’t find it, saying that it does not exist. I explained to her that when I was at the Fox Hills branch they had it. She pulled out the directory and looked up the phone number to that branch and asked if I could call them on MY cellphone since their landline«wasn’t working» and to ask for the Sku number so she can look it up. Wow. Seriously? I did it only because I really wanted the Hairbow. She proceeded to assist the gentleman behind me with a return. I called the number and requested the information like she asked. I could tell the person on the other line found the scenario to be a bit odd also. Why is the customer calling for the Sku? Unfortunately, they ran out of the Zebra print so he couldn’t give me the Sku number. She finished with the gentleman she was helping but could no longer assist me because the Hairbow wasn’t pulling up on the Website either. I left. An hour later I get an email from Aldo confirming my order. What order? Men’s shoes! Then I realized what she had done: She entered my email address in the system to prepare in case the Hairbow was going to be found and when it wasn’t she didn’t delete it when she processed the return/exchange of the gentleman behind me. Pretty careless. I now have the gentleman’s full name and address which is a breach of his privacy. I wouldn’t want this to happen to me. I would be livid, not to mention worried… God-forbid it falls into the hands. I thought she was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and lackadaisical when she let me walk by her as I entered the store without saying a word to me. And rude, unprofessional, and lazy when she asked me, the CUSTOMER, to call the other store to retrieve the Sku number. But, now she’s also irresponsible, inattentive, and neglectful for not following protocol, standard procedure basically, for taking orders and entering accurate information into the computer. I am very unhappy and disappointed. Sad to say but this experience has made me very uncomfortable and weary. Your staff should also be trained to have better customer service. They should never, under any circumstance, ask a customer to do THEIR job for them. How she had the AUDACITY to tell me to use MY cellphone to call the other store because she saw that I had my phone in my hand. I’m disgusted as to how I was treated.

I’m writing a 5 star review specifically for the current store manager here and the great customer service I received today. I had purchased a pair of cute sandals a few months ago, but have only worn them once because the fit wasn’t quite right. It was puzzling to me how that could be since I tried them on in the store. Today, I happened to take a closer look at the shoes, and it turns out that the left side was a size 7, and the right side was a size 8! The girl who had helped me back in June didn’t put the right sizes back together in the box, and obviously didn’t check to see if they were a match at the register(which I know is typically standard protocol). I called the store to see what my options were because I unfortunately did not have the box or the receipt… but the manager was able to find my transaction based on knowing the style, when and how I made the purchase. I was able to come in and exchange them for a different pair. The store was extremely busy, but I felt the girls on the floor were helping all the customers, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately these days, good customer service is hard to come by, and I just wanted to express how much I appreciated being treated with such care.

The stuff were really awful. I bought one pair boots from their store that it was really uncomfortable. Because I wore it I had just exchange option. so order another one, so that one was not good too. NORETURNMYEXTRAMONEY from the second order and NO credit store. The seller forced me to buy other bad items in the store around $ 100. I really disappointed and unhappy with this store and their employees.

I am in Love with ALDO! Just finished some shopping. Just bought new shoes, sandals, earrings and a new wallet! Everything I needed all in one store and ALDO is having such a great sale today!

Josh and Brooke are the two employees I met tonight and they completely changed my perspective about Aldo. Every time I go to Fox Hills mall they never greet me and if they do they have an attitude as if customers are a bother. Today Josh and Brooke were both very friendly and they kept checking in with my friends and I. They were very willing to grab any size and just the energy all around. Avoid other locations and come here, I promise you will be very satisfied :)
